Additional bunk and futon provide additional sleeping; all futons have mattress with built in springs, friends and guests agree they are a comfortable conventional bed.
Kitchen is very well equipped and the house is furnished to accommodate all your living and entertaining needs. The setting on nine acres provides ultimate privacy for a pristine mountain setting while only minutes from the highway to Grand Lake or Winter Park.
