Easy beach access, community pool and tennis and nearby golf, movie theater, restaurants and shopping are waiting for you to enjoy. All of the bedrooms and sitting areas have TV. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and sun bathing with lounge chairs, hammock, picnic table, outside speakers, 2 outside showers, outside bathroom, charcoal grill and plenty of room to play. This house is located in Ocean Sands in the Corolla area.
Ground Level: King bedroom w/TV and access to full bath, bedroom w/2 Bunk Sets and TV, full bath, recreation room with pool table, TV/VCR, stereo, microwave, wet bar and full size refrigerator, sliding glass door to patio and pool deck, 2 outside showers and half bath located poolside.
Mid Level: King MBR w/TV/VCR and 2 Queen MBRs w/TVs, bedroom w/Duobunk and Bunk Set w/TV/VCR, den with stereo, Computer, TV/VCR/DVD and surround sound theater system, full hall bath and washer and dryer closet. Access to deck with Hot Tub and steps leading down to pool deck.
Top Level: King MBR w/TV/DVD, stereo, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in private bath. Enjoy the ocean views from the covered deck access from master bedroom or great room with outside speakers.
