Accommodations:  Vacation Home, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 5-6)

Redone, red barn provides a comfortable setting with a full modern kitchen and two baths. Kitchen includes: dishwasher, microwave, frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning stove, and garbage disposal. Wooden beams span the downstairs facing a woodburning fireplace with glass doors.

Washing machine inside the home with dryer in the garage. Pergo floors downstairs and new Berber carpet upstairs. One bedroom has queen bed while other has double bed. Can sleep a total of four people in beds with room for sleeping bags on carpeted floors.

Quiet location on Church Avenue. Long driveway has room for several cars. Great location for hunters and snowmobilers. Local supermarket is less than five minutes away. Less than five minutes to US 131 expressway and Spectrum Health-Reed City.

Room air conditioner available in the summer. Reed City is a pleasant small town of 2000 people known as the "Crossroads." Two major bike trails - the White Pine and Pere Marquette intersect there along with two major highways - US 131 and US 10.
