Enjoy your Hawaiian stay at this gorgeous Hawaiian plantation style golf villa situated spectacularly on the "lake" side of the Fairway Villas condominium complex. This fabulously furnished second floor unit has a spacious lanai overlooking the King's Shopping Center, lake and the 4th fairway of the world class Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Views from the lanai are breathtaking, and extend from Hualalai to the golf course and lake. There's nothing more beautiful than watching the magnificent panoramic Hawaiian sunsets from your lanai.
This condo is exquisitely furnished and provides virtually everything you need to make your stay completely enjoyable. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets, and granite countertops. All small appliances, pots and pans, dishware and cookware are included. A separate dining area is a delightful place for in-unit dining, and three additional barstools add plenty of additional space at the kitchen counter. All linens are hotel quality and are provided. The master bedroom suite with its king-sized bed is large and beautifully appointed. The spacious master bath has a shower, a separate king size tub, double sinks and a walk-in closet to meet all your storage needs. The guest bedroom also has a king bed (which can be changed to two twin beds upon request). The second full bath allows additional guests to feel fully at home. All furnishings are high-end Tommy Bahama style.
Contemporary local artwork and craft pieces adorn the unit, along with a 46” Sony Bravia LED Edge Lit HDTV with a Panasonic DVD/VCR (VCR recorder) in the living room and all purchased in Aug of 2010. There’s a Toshiba DVD/VCR player in the master bedroom with a new 42” Vizio LCD TV in the master bedroom that we bought in May of 2011. This TV is WiFi connected so you can try out the latest Apps. In the guest bedroom we have a wall mounted 32" Panasonic LCD TV with a DVD player. Cable TV is included! However listening to your favorite Hawaiian music while enjoying a Mai-Tai on the lanai is probably what you are really looking forward to enjoying!
You will find yourself just minutes from fabulous entertainment and excitement for everyone...The Marriott Hotel and the Hilton Hotel provide luxury dining, luaus, and spa facilities. Visiting the Hilton's spectacular Dolphin pool, the fabulous grounds and art displays are a must. The beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay provides snorkeling, sunbathing, and water sport activities. Why the Owner Chose Fairway Villas
We bought this condo because of the lake view and the easy walk to shopping and entertainment. We also like to walk to the A-Bay beach which is a pleasant 13 minute walk from our condo. We think the Big Island has the best snorkeling of all the islands. The Kohala Beaches are the best: Mauna Kea, Hapuna Beach, Waialea Beach, and Anaehoomalu Bay are all within five miles of our condo.

This was our first time using VRBO and it was so easy. Anna always got back to our questions promptly and everything went like clockwork. The condo is beautiful, overlooking the golf course and of course the beautiful sunsets from the lanai make the ending of the day perfect. The condo has everything you could need and more. It is clean, decorated tastefully and the condo grounds are lovely. We went walking early every morning and took a different trail throughout the resort area. We look forward to our return trip soon and hoe to use the same unit. Mahalo

This is our 2nd stay on the Big Island, and at the Fairway Villas. This is a very nice unit with high quality, and tasteful, furnishing and fittings. It is fully outfitted as is expected with a condo. The owners are really easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. A nice unit is great, but who you rent from is also important. We recommend this unit because it is so nice and the owners are easy to deal with. The King and Queen's shops nearby are handy for some shopping and dining, and Waikoloa Village is near enough for a full grocery order. We like to stay in this area, as it has easy access to the best beaches, and the Waikoloa Beach Resort area delivers the most consistent sunshine on the Big Island. Maloha

This is our 6th trip to the Big Island and by far our favorite accommodation. The condo is quiet, fully outfitted and the views are just as the photos show, a great lanai. What a treat to walk to "A" beach to swim or see the sunset, then to dinner at the King's restaurants. Queen's Market was very handy for groceries when we arrived at night. The infinity pool and hot tub were warm, with a nice view and we enjoyed the open air fitness centre. We booked on short notice and the owners were extremely helpful and the condo very clean. Can't recommend it enough.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely condo in October of 2010. The location is close to golf, shopping, restaurants, groceries and the beach. The owners provide many of the items you would normally have to purchase or pack with you to make your stay feel like home. Having access to a washer and dryer is something that might be overlooked when selecting a property but will save you time and money in the long run. The unit is on the 2nd floor and the lanai gives a nice view of the golf course and lake. The unit is well furnished and very clean. My wife and I have traveled extensively and would recommend this condo.
