We rented the house for 2 months and had many friends and family visit over that time. We arrived a bit early and had a chance to meet the owners. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were their for us. The property is exactly as described. The highlights are the yard/pool/spa which provided many hours of fun for all (including our two black labs). The yard is secure and private and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is perfect for newcomers to the area and it is easy to get wherever you need to go. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

All the comforts of home and then some. Neat, clean, functional, private and quiet. Great backyard pool and jacuzzi. Even the towels were exceptional. Terrific location, too, close to Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. We had a wonderful stay over New Years.
