For your stay in Steamboat, we are sure you will enjoy our family home, located at the top of Tree Haus, just a 1 mile drive to the ski area. We call it Aspenview and upon arriving, you will see why. In the summer, the home is secluded and private, nestled in aspen and spruce trees. In the winter, the views of Mount Werner and the Steamboat Ski Area are breathtaking.
Aspenview is perfect for a single or multiple family stay. Situated on 3 levels, all above ground, the home is spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with vaulted ceilings and many large windows.
The upper level master suite offers vaulted ceilings, a stone wood burning fireplace, a small deck with great views, and a large master bath with large 2-head shower.
On the main floor are the entry foyer, ½ bath, kitchen, living and dining areas, including a formal dining room and casual dining adjacent to the kitchen. The living room is centered by a 3 sided 20 foot stone gas-fireplace, and includes a pool table, TV/entertainment center and built-in buffet for entertaining. The main floor opens to a deck with barbeque grill.
On the lower level are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, laundry and solarium. There are also multiple televisions and a game area to entertain the kids. The lower level opens to a deck with hot-tub, facing the ski area. There is also a garage for parking and hanging your skis, and a fenced dog run, for your well-behaved canine family member(s). There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Regarding selection, here are some points about our home that may be of interest to you. The entry foyer is very convenient to accommodate ski boots, coats, jackets, etc. There are enough bedrooms, beds and bathrooms so that everyone is comfortable. Each bedroom has its own thermostat. The layout of the home allows people their privacy but also provides nice areas for gathering together as well. There is ample table seating. We have 100 gallons of hot water allowing for multiple showers at the same time and have never heard of anyone running out. There are plenty of towels and pillows. The kitchen is well provisioned with place settings for 24 so there are enough dishes, silverware for everyone. There is plenty of off street parking and a two car garage with remotes. Also, we have a keyless entry system which just requires a 6 digit code so you don't have to manage keys. The home is accessible on paved and sanded roads and the drive is plowed and sanded on each snow storm. We have a person on call 24/7 should you need assistance and the home is professionally cleaned after each guest visit.
Wireless internet is also provided.

Really enjoyed bringing in the New Year in Steamboat. Your home was a beautiful place that accomodated all 16 of us! The views of the mountain and fireworks on New Year's Ee were awesome. Aspenview was a cozy retreat from our busy lives and we have many great memories to take back with us. (IA)

This was the best time I had snowboarding EVER! Thanks so much. We had a great time horseback riding, sleigh riding to dinner at the ranch. Thank you so much Robin and Cliff. The skiing in April was incredible. We love being the first and last entry in this book!! (FL)
