We very much enjoyed our stay @ Terra Verde! The location is great - the staff onsite is friendly and helpful - and the owner Andy was a joy to deal with! The property has all the amenities that you need! It was like home away from home! It was clean, spacious and we felt right very safe with the gated community. Thanks so much for making our vacation even better with wonderful accomodations! We will be sure to return to the property next time our travels bring us to the Orlando area!!

We stayed at this townhome for a little over a week and couldn't have been happier with our accomodations. Booking went very smoothly and the communication from the owner was very fast (emails were answered within a couple of hours). The townhome was clean and came with everything we needed (besides toiletries such as soap, detergent, etc). We were a short drive from Disney (about 15 min) and close to several outlets, shopping centres, and plenty of restaurants. The townhome was priced very well, and we will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Florida.

We had a great time staying in this unit. The owners were very kind and accomodating, and gave us great information and timely response to any questions we had. The townhouse was stocked with just about everything you would need, and neatly organized and labeled. All we brought was our food, toilet paper, shampoo/soap, and laundry detergent. We will look into staying here again next time we go to Orlando.

Nice, comfortable townhome with plenty of room--looks just like the pictures. Pool and clubhouse were excellent and had lots of extras. Everything was labled and easy to use. Having extra tvs in the rooms was perfect for our kids (who are 10 and 7 yrs. old). The owners even have a small dvd library for guest use. My only suggestion would be to have a king bed in the master for more room. This was a great place for such a good price! Anyone with little kids would feel right at home!

My family loved the Townhome. The 4 of us stayed a week and did not want to leave. The owners were always helpful and the Townhome and resort are wonderful. Everything one could want is at the Townhome and/or resort. We hope to go back in a few years. Close to Disney and to all the shopping one could want. Had family's on each side of us and you would not have known as it is still very quite! I give this Townhome and Resort 5 stars!!!!

I am a clean freak & I was very impressed with my stay with the Terra Verde. I loved staying in the condo because it is spacious & its like you are at home , not a hotel room & the price is great also. We went to the pool a few times & even checked out the sauna room.They have a game room, excercise room, jacuzzi, etc. , I cant see staying in Disney for thousands when you can stay at a place like this. Disney is very close. We would spend the day at Disney & come home & I would make dinner then we would go back at night to see the fireworks. I will recommend the Terra Verde to my friends & if I go back to Florida this is where I will stay.

Our 2 week stay at Terra Verde was very satisfactory and a great experience! The tenants provided all the needed information in order to make the arrival very smooth. The house came with everything we needed and the tenants were very responsive and helpful to any questions. For travelers with babies/small children the house also has all the basic things you need. The resort is nice, quiet and clean and the facilities appears to be in good condition. We would highly recommend staying at Terra Verde and the tenants of 4748 Vero Beach.

My husband and I recently stayed at the beautiful Townhome in Kissimmee, fl. Everything was exactly how they described it. Everything was extremely clean and you had all of the comforts of home. The location was very close to disney and about 25 min from universal (which is where we went) There is also a lot of shops a grocery stores near by. The townhome has a full kitchen with everything you need in it making cooking easy. All you need to do is bring the food. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at an expensive WDW resort our last stay 2 years ago and although we enjoyed it, it wasnt comparable to our stay at Terra Verde. The gated community is quiet, almost too quiet with the exception of the occasional passing airplane (small personal planes). The drive to any of the local attractions is short (~10-20 min max) and not very congested as its on the outskirts of the city of Kissimme. The gate staff is pleasant unlike some locations I have visisted. The clubhouse is great as well with a game room and cardio room (no free weights here). On to the townhome itself. When we arrived it was clean, and more spacious than we expected. You are provided with a full kitchen as well as plates, cups, an two sets of utensils. The refrigerator was clean, although I am not sure why the ice maker does not produce ice that was just a minor inconvenience. A half bath downstairs, a full bath attached to the master, and a second full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms are upstairs so you wont disturb sleeping party members. The TV's are small, but who watches TV on vacation? The gated back patio is very nice as it provides privacy and backs up to a protected nature zone. We are very pleased with our stay and we will be staying here again next year. I would recommend this townhome to anyone wanting to visit the orlando area.

Owner response:The ice maker was repaired shortly after this guest's visit. At the time of this visit, the living room still had a 27-inch tube TV, but this has since been replaced by a 40-inch 1080P flat-screen TV which beautifully displays Terra Verde Resort's recently-upgraded fully-digital cable TV feed. The master and second (queen) bedroom also have smaller LCD or LED flat-screen TV's, and the twin bedroom retains a Mickey-Mouse-styled tube TV that has proven immensely popular with kids.

The place was very functional and very clean. Owners were very easy to deal with and check in and out was easy. We spent virtually all of our time in the parks so size wasn't an issue, but the unit would feel tight for a large family (5 or more) if you were stuck inside all day. We'd stay there again.

We recently had the pleasure to spend the Christmas week at the Terra Verde Resort. Prior to booking, we had carefully done our research on similar properites in the area and thought this one to be the best choice. The owners were a pleasure to deal with as they were very helpful and genuinely concerned about us having a great stay at their townhome. Prior to our arrival, they mailed us a complete packet of valuable and detailed information about the home itself and the Disney area in general. The home itself is beautiful, immaculately clean, inviting and fully equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury rental. A special touch that we were not expecting was a Christmas tree in the living room! We would gladly stay at this wonderful townhome again. Thank you.

Our family of four (two adults and two children) found the townhome extremely clean, comfortable and safe during our seven night stay in Florida. Everything from our first exchange of emails, the payment handling, information packet from Andy and our stay went very smoothly and was handled professionally. We had more than enough room for everyone to avoid feeling "on top of each other" as we would have in a hotel. We were able to come home during the heat of the day from the Disney parks and relax/cool off then return in the evening without spending too much time driving. We found everything as it was stated in the description/pictures on this website. We highly recommend this to others and will request renting again if in the area.

This townhome was very clean. The owners are very prompt, helpful and professional. Getting in and out of Disney was easy. As a personal preference, the bed in the master bedroom was much firmer than we are accustomed to.

We stayed at your place last week and had a great time. You town home is in immaculate condition and very spacious. You can tell that it is held to the highest of standards and you truly thought of everything (e.g. the children's books you had provided were a hit). Andy even called during our stay to make sure everything was o.k. and that we didn't need anything else. The wireless internet was also a big plus because it allowed my husband to do some much needed work. We loved the resort pool too. We would definitely stay here again. What a wonderful vacation! We stayed at Andy and Tess's home for a week with our two kids, brother and sister-in-law and had MORE than enough room! The home was well cleaned, stocked with whatever you would need for the kitchen/dining room, and was very secure with the gate entry. We were close to anything that we needed, theme parks, restaurants, SuperTarget, Starbucks, etc. The main office has a pool, game room, DVD rental, etc. It all made our stay very enjoyable and without issue. We hope to stay in the future and would recommend this home to our friends, as well! Thanks so much again!

Just returned from our visit to Disney World! We found your vacation home to be very well maintained, clean, as well as convenient to the park! My family and I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a hassle free accommodation experience. Hello Andy & Tess We just got back to Massachusetts and we miss Terra Verde already. What a great townhouse. First let me say what a pleasure it was to deal with such great people. Andy was so professional, quick to answer any concerns and great to talk to if you needed anything. Tess has a beautiful home, it is decorated just like it is home... clean in every concievable manner, and you need for nothing. We didn't want to leave. We have rented from many different places over the last few years and we were happiest with Andy and Tess's place. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor, don't think twice about renting this townhouse!!! You cannot go wrong. The resort is beautiful and clean and the staff treats you like you live there, the ammenities are more than you will ever need, and it is no more than 10 minutes from everything. Our one week stay in this home was wonderful. It is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. If you have younger kids, they will appreciate the small Mickey TV in the one bedroom as well as the games and kids books that were provided in the family room. The walk to the pool is less than 5 minutes with small children. The hot tub was also a nice bonus. The pool area with a basketball court, volleyball court and playground was nice for the whole family. Thanks so much for helping make our vacation great!

I really enjoyed the house and I love staying on the property. The oweners were very helpful in getting the home ready for our stay. The house was fully equip with all appliances we had to use. The one downside was there were no street lights on the townhome side. I look forward to staying on the property in furture.

Owner response:Actually there are street lights throughout the resort, but being owned by the electric utility and outside of the resort's control, those that go dim are not always serviced as quickly as they ought to be. Terra Verde has since installed additional pathway bollard lighting throughout the resort which has improved the overall lighting.

The property is exactly as pictured and very clean. It is truly a "home away from home" feeling with all of the conveniences. It is in a really nice resort area within minutes of Disney World. Andy is very prompt from the first contact until the end, including the deposit refund. There is a personal touch in dealing directly with the property owner as guests are well taken care of with whatever issues that may arise. It was one of the best vacation experience that we discovered on this trip.

Upon arrival we found the townhouse to be immaculate and very comfortable. All the amenities were in good working condition. It was a definite bonus to use the hot tub after a long day at the parks. The Dents were prompt with returning our calls and answering questions. The resort was also nice, clean, and had a family/community atmosphere. I would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Dent's lovely condo. It was warm, cozy and very welcoming. All the amenities we required were present and the Dents were very helpful calling us back very promptly to our minor questions. We were also quite impressed with the clubhouse and the amenities offered by the very helpful staff there. The Disney resort, Sea World and Discovery Cove were all a comfortable commute and very easy to find with the helpful directions provided. We will (and have) definitely recommend this home to other vacationers.

We had a great time staying at the Dent's townhome. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kids loved the Disney themed room! We also loved how quickly the hot tub heated up...we were able to use it the first night that we were there! The proximity to WDW is wonderful, and there are grocery stores and restaurants close by! House was immaculate and welcoming and was to a furnished & equiped to a very high standard. The resort was clean, tidy & quiet, within short distance of 192. The road from which the resort was accessed was however quite busy.

Owner response:We agree that Poinciana Boulevard has a steady flow of traffic, but we would add that the traffic moves at a reasonable speed and almost never gets congested. Unlike many other resort areas, Terra Verde affords a free-flowing and fast-moving drive to Disney World, with Poinciana Boulevard having a direct on-ramp to Osceola Parkway - a purpose-built and never-crowded expressway that leads you right into the heart of Disney.
