Fantastic planned retirement community! Amenities include free golf, swimming, tennis, billiards, archery, boating, fishing, all organized card games, art classes, dancing of every kind and more. Free nightly entertainment at the two nearby town squares, with restaurants, both indoor/outdoor, shopping, entertainment and dancing every night. Events and celebrations all year. Golf cart travel throughout The Villages.
Two master suites each with bathroom, large closets and queen sized beds. The third bedroom is decorated as a den with 2 leather recliners with TV/DVD player and desk area. Expanded lanai can be viewed from both bedrooms and living area. An open floor plan make this home great for entertaining. Four televisions and DVD/VCR will keep you tuned to your favorite stations. This beautiful home is located in the Village of Winifred, just a 10-15 minute golf cart ride to both town squares and shopping center with a Publix grocery store and many restaurants--including a Bone Fish, Olive Garden, & Red Lobster to name a few. The new Walmart with its expanded grocery store is a 5 minute car ride away as well and the Library is nearby with the Laurel Manor Rec Center a 3 minute ride by golf cart. Eight (8) nearby championship and over 30 Executive Golf courses will keep you playing every day if you choose. The many nearby recreations centers offer over 500 activities per month to keep everyone busy and having fun.
The optional Resident Pass ($50) will allow you to play the executive courses for free and a reduced rate on the championship courses. This pass will also give you access to all resident only recreations centers, Katie Belles/The CattleBarron restaurants, and reduced rates at the movie theaters--basically live as the residents do!
