This accommodation sits atop the 20th of 24 floors, and is professionally furnished and appointed as a beautiful vacation home not just a "run of the mill" rental unit.

You will not miss your own home's bed and pillows, as this bed has been outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. The master bedroom is adorned in 400 thread-count sheets and comfy pillows. Rest in luxurious peace as you watch the widescreen HDTV atop the full length dresser.
The bathroom has been upgraded with an upgraded rainfall showerhead that will leave you feeling invigorated...just like you left a spa. Also, no need to worry about dirty clothes, as the home has an efficient stacked GE washer and dryer.
Your kids will love the fun of sleeping in the two built-in bunk beds and another couple can comfortably sleep on the pull out sleeper sofa.

We have also upgraded the unit with the most advanced keyless entry door system so there will never be any hassles with swipe cards that don't work or hassles with lock boxes. We will simply furnish you your own personal key door codes for your vacation with us.
Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that is the tallest in Destin! Your views are what Donald Trump is used to seeing! The two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains. The pool is gently graded from entering into one inch of water cascading down to five feet.
The newly-opened Cabana Cafe, located pool-side on the ground level of Ariel Dunes, offers a full service bar and restaurant and even provides room service! So whether you're looking for a pool-side refreshment or snack, or want dinner delivered to you, the convenience of the Cabana Cafe cannot be matched!
The surrounding community of Seascape also offer tennis courts and an affordable 18-hole golf course where you can rent clubs or simply bring the young ones out and hit some golf balls at the driving range.
