I can't wait to go back to the cottage! I discovered it during the summer and can't go a month without a visit. It's right around the corner from hiking trails, streams, rivers, antique shops and bald eagle nests! My dogs love the short ride up from the city and go nuts when we arrive at the cottage. They like watching the wild turkeys and deer that occassionally pass through the backyard. After a long day of hiking and swimming we usually lay in the hammock and enjoy the peace and quiet we don't get in Brooklyn. Summer in the Catskills was great and I'm excited to see what the fall will have to offer. The cooler months will make the fire pit tucked away deep in the backyard even more enjoyable. Smores!

Girls Weekend

Good place for a "girls weekend" to go on the Delaware River and try the Kittatinny Zip line. The house was comfortable and convenient, and especially convenient to be able to cook meals, and just visit!

I had a birthday and we rented this place out- this is the most clean house I've ever seen for rent. It has everything you need for a good vacation, rural area, well maintained property, awesome interior. The area is great itself for outdoor activities, we found plenty of cycling trails, lake and river nearby for fishing, Kittatinny rafting is close-by too (like 15min drive). There is a place somewhere around where you rent quads, didn't find it though. The house- I have no words to describe how awesome it is- I'm still surprised it is so cheap. The owners really maintain it. Besides, we were surprised to find a huge book with all nearby POI. When we were leaving, our dog did not even want to go with us, he was trying to get back into the house. Another good thing- the description is very accurate- 6 (3 couples) people would have their own rooms and 1 person can sleep on a very cozy couch in the living room area.

What a nice place to stay! it has the feel of the country but all the amenities needed to be comfortable! Clean, quiet and well stocked! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time and relax.

My family and I stayed in this very cozy and beautifully decorated cottage for 4 days and we loved every minute! Everything about the cottage was perfect...it was all new and it was very, very clean....My children and dogs had a great time!
