From the moment you enter you will be mesmerized by the vista views and all it has to offer. You won’t miss a thing! Perhaps it is just enjoying all of nature’s activities which take place on any given day!
It may be dolphins frolicking in the crystal clear ocean as you are sipping coffee in the morning or later the manta rays gracefully swimming in groups. If this is your first time to Tradewinds, the beach is sugar white fine sand and has many small shells for the children. Also, in the summer when the temperature is high this beach will not burn your feet as others do. It is wonderful!
This Updated villa is Non-Smoking and pets are not allowed (other than legal owners) per the By laws of the association (if needed kennels are located nearby). The villa has been decorated Bright and Colorful with plenty of mirrors, lights, ceiling fans, tv’s with dvd/vhs, high impact doors/windows and of course a blender for those tropical drinks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with marble countertops and a nice view of the ocean. The Living Room has a direct ocean (Gulf of Mexico) view and a pullout queen sofa bed. The private Lanai has a table for four and two lounge chairs. The Master Suite with direct Gulf view has a full bath w/stand up shower. The Guest Suite with twin beds has a full bath tub/shower. The entire villa is has 18 tile. The grounds and pool are very well maintained after just being updated in 2005 with a new indoor/outdoor swimming pool and expansive landscaping.
Just across the street is Adventure Island which has laser tag and go carts. Perdido Beach and HWY 59 hosts many souvenir shops, Tanger Outlet Mall, restaurants, amusement parks and water parks. Tradewinds is about a half mile from Bruno’s and Winn-Dixie grocery stores.
In this same complex there is a Mexican restaurant (a favorite with the locals), a Chinese restaurant, an ABC liquor store and an emergency medical station, and other shops. You will find much information located inside the villa on the kitchen counter in the basket and a basket in the living room. Please be kind and leave this information for the next guest or feel free to add to it.
