What a fabulous vacation house! We really enjoyed our stay ~ the location was very convenient, the property manager (Ralph) was very friendly and the owner (George) was great as well. Everything that we needed was there and the house was very spacious... I am trying hard to think of anything that we had an issue with: the computer did not sign on, but we brought our own computer and that connected to wifi just fine.... Honestly, this whole experience was absolutely perfect!!! I would love to stay here on future Orlando vacations and I give this property the highest rating possible. *****

Fabulous house. We had a wonderful time in the villa. Plenty of room for the 10 of us and we made great use of the pool. Having the on-line computer was excellent for checking emails from back home, looking at photos from during the day and checking out locations of shops round about. Very handy for the Disney parks especially when using the "shortcut" on Sherberth road. Excellent situated for restaurants and supermarket with easy access to I4 for heading to Tampa and the west coast beaches. The kids made good use of the games room with all 3 tables in use at some time. I highly recommended this villa and also consider a return the next time we come to Florida

my family and i stayed at this beautiful home on july 30, 2010 to august 8, 2010 we had a great time there his house is spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable the A/C worked the pool was good i loved the hot tub that was so relaxing after a day in the theme park. everything we needed was close by. We had a great Vacation would do it again. Thanks peace family

I stayed in this home on July 17- July 24, 2010 and the home was great . It had plenty of space and provided great comfort for my friends and family.

My family and I stayed in this home the week of May 22-29th. When we arrived at the home on the first day first impression was that it is a large home with a good layout. Once settled we decided to take advantage of the swimming pool and spa. The pool was too dirty to use,not only were there things floating on top but dirt,grit and sand on the bottom. We were very disappointed to learn the spa empty and not running. After calling the management co. the man told us that people generally pay extra for the use of the spa and it was not requested. He also explained thet the pool co. was unable to make it out on sat. and would be there the following day. We requested at that time for the managment co. to have the owner call us ASAP. That did not happen, however the next day when we returned from our first day at the parks the pool was cleaned and hot filled. (was not able to go in until mon. when it was actually hot) Oh, and the pool guys took all of the pool toys and floats we had brought for the children. Getting back to the first day, we bathed the children and were disgusted that the bottoms of there feet were filthy within an hour. The floors throughout the home were NOT cleaned. We also learned that very first night that the AC doesnt work well in the second master bedroom unless you leave the bathroom door and bedroom door open at all times. Needless to say, we will never consider this rental again just hope this review is helpful to anbody else considering it.

Owner response: Believe it or not I want all my guests to feel comfortable and satisfy during their stay in my house, I feel unhappy that you and your family went through such inconveniences. I will take serious actions on this because the management company is aware of the dates that all the guests are going to stay before they arrived and their job is to make sure that everything on the house is clean and running at its perfection. It was a big mistake from the management company not to call me as soon as you requested it, they know exactly where to reach me 24/7 even though I do not leave nearby. Again I apologize that you felt so uncomfortable, I will make sure that something like this never happens again. ...

WHEN WE GOT THERE THE AC WAS NOT WORKING AND WAS FIXED AFTER 1 1/2 DAYS AND IT WAS 80 OUTSIDE. THE HOT TUB WAS EMPTY. THE FANS IN THE UPSTAIRS BED ROOMS WERE VERY DIRTY SO I PUT THEM AWAY SO NO ONE WOULD USE THEM. THE ICE MAKER ON THE REF. WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO AS NOT TO RUIN THE REF. WE HAD TO EMPTY THE ICE MAKER EVERYDAY.. BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT SHUT OFF WHEN FULL. THE PATIO DOORS WERE HARD TO OPEN AND WE WERE AFRAID THAT THE HANDLES WOULD COME OFF. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR ALL THE PARKS AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 9 OF US. IF I RENTED IT AGAIN I WOULD PAY TO HAVE THE POOL HEATED BECAUSE THE WATER WAS A LIITTLE TOO COLD. WE HAD TO FILL THE PROPANE FOR THE GRILL AND CLEAN IT WHEN WE WANTED TO USE IT. THE HOME HAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. I WOULD RENT IT AGAIN BUT WOULD MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE BEFORE I GOT THERE. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE NOT CLEANED THE POOL THE MORNING WE LEFT BECAUSE THE KIDS WANTED TO SWIM AND WE WERE LEAVING BY 11:00 AM. THERE ARE PLENTY OF PLACES TO BUT GROCERIES AND EAT CLOSE BY SO IT IS A EXCELLANT LOCATION FOR A VACATION AT DISNEY.

Perfect for a Princess

We stayed at the properity in early March for my daughter's 4th birthday. She stayed in the Princess room and slept better there than at home!! She felt so special with the Princess decorations... it was adorable! The house is so spacious, comfortable, and completely clean. The pool/hot tub was great! Quite chilly for the time we were there, but we still played some. We went to Disney several days and you will be very pleased how close it is! The property owners were very friendly and helpful. We had no problems when we were there. Stay at this house...you will love it!

Pleasent well equipped villa

First - booking the villa was a breeze. I emailed the owner with a few questions, signed the contract and sent the deposit - no problems. The villa itself was well equipped and the dishwasher which broke during our stay was promptly replaced. Finally - got the deposit back within 2 weeks. A smooth and pleasent experience. Thanks.

Great family get together

What a great house! We stayed for a week in April and had a wonderful time. The home was clean, modern, and close to the action. I really liked the way the bedrooms and bathrooms we scattered all around the house, giving everyone some privacy even with a large group. The heated pool was really fun, as well as the hot tub, plus the game room added much more than I expected. The neighborhood was great - our labradoodle enjoyed walking it everyday, as well as walking around the small lake behind the house. It was very nice having so many restaurants nearby - we didn't even have to get on 192 to get to Red Lobster, Outback, TGI Fridays, and others - all just 5 minutes away! We will be back next year.

Fabulous house! Beautifully decorated with every convience. Max 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom (the furthest park). We were 2 families of 4 and never felt crowded. There is plenty of private space. We will definitely rent this home again.

George, You are absoutley great. I would have been happy if you would have had someone out here Monday, but the fellow was here about an hour after I emailed you. Very nice person and did a wonderful job. By the way, I didn't mention it, but the house is spotless. We have been in a lot of vacation rental properties but this is by far the cleanest one. Every detail has been addressed and we all love the Villa. Very roomy, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Since I am the techno junkie of the family, I am very impressed with the wireless set up and the TV in the family room. This is the first rental that we have been in that has a DVR. We have had Tivo's since they first came out and it is almost impossible to watch TV with out one. To say the least, we are all very impressed. I am sure we are really going to enjoy this week.
