See millions of stars on a clear night from the hot tub. Wild turkey and deer frequently wander through the property which is located in a private, exclusive subdivision. Enjoy peace and quiet, with an occasional roar from the lions at the local animal sanctuary.

The home is just ten minutes from Spearfish with all of its shopping and dining. Five to seven minutes to scenic Spearfish Canyon as well as Spearfish Park and the Historic D.C. Boothe Fish Hatchery. Approximately 20 minutes to Sturgis, 25 minutes to Deadwood, and 35-40 minutes to Terry Peak for skiing.

View/Location	Mountain View: Not exactly mountain view, but spectacular.
Communications	WiFi (Wireless Internet): Owner provides no technical assistance using WiFi.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Kid Friendly: Parents may be nervous with toddlers! There are a lot of steps outside and the deck is high! Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 years old Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking inside the house. Extra precautions need to be made if smoking outside due to frequent extreme fire danger.
