Come to a beautiful tropical paradise! Your villa contains 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, totaling over 1600 square feet, plus two lanais. It is perfect for couples or families, and has enough space for two families traveling together. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are the only townhouse-style complex in the area, so that here you will feel like you are at home as well as being on vacation! In particular, families with children will enjoy the atmosphere of a small and very safe small town.
The spacious living room has 17 foot vaulted ceilings, a Tommy Bahama wooden entertainment center armoire, and beautiful views of the golf course and the palm trees. The kitchen is up-to-date and fully equipped, with granite countertops, maple cabinets, and all the cooking equipment you could want. The second floor master bedroom has a king sized bed, its own lanai, a walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with dual sinks and a separate tub and shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds ideal for children. There are three televisions/video players, two in bedrooms (master and guest) and one in the living room. There is also a separate dining room and a lanai on the main floor. Your villa is decorated with Tommy Bahama and other tropical furnishings. You will find it spacious, comfortable, and welcoming!
The Colony Villas complex is tranquil and very attractive, with beautifully landscaped tropical grounds. Your villa is just a few feet from one of the two complex pools; this one has its own waterfall. You are close enough for convenience yet just far away enough for quiet. There is also a fitness center next to this pool. You will feel like you are a million miles away, yet within a mile of your villa you have all the resources of the Waikoloa Beach resort. Very close by is the luxurious Waikoloa Hilton Beach Resort, one of the most sumptuous hotels in Hawaii.
In addition to its beautiful vistas and many restaurants it offers boat rides on the hotel lagoon, the famous Dolphin Quest program where you can swim with dolphins, and Camp Menehune, a day camp program for children five and over open to non-Hilton guests. Just past the Hilton is the beautiful Anaehoomalu beach, a perfect crescent of white sand that offers swimming, snorkeling, and a wide variety of water activities: windsurfing, kayaking, and bay cruises.
It's also a great place to sit under a palm tree and watch the sunset. Waikoloa is a golfer's paradise, with several famous courses, including the King's Course designed by Tom Weiskopf. Finally, the Kings' Shops complex features a wide variety of boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants. Every day it offers hula and Hawaiian music in the central plaza. A new addition to the Waikoloa Beach Resort is the Queen's Marketplace, with a number of shops and restaurants including the Island Gourmet Market, a huge new gourmet foods store.
So come to Waikoloa! Enjoy the water, the beach, the golf, the shopping, or just doing nothing at all. Come enjoy your own tropical villa with all the comforts of home, and experience what ALOHA is really all about! |
