Owner's Profile
Why the Owner Chose Hague
The town of Hague which is located just 20 mins north of Lake George Village is quiet with some great little restaurants and is generally a place to get away from it all. It's more like on golden pond than its crazy sister to the south (Lake George Village) which has the amusement parks, souvenir shops, and tons of people. Don't get us wrong, LGV has its upside and is well worth a visit, but when its time to get away, Hague is the place.
The beach in front of the house is super-sandy with crystal clear water all around. Great for families with small children or friends who want to sit in the sun and kick back and enjoy a hot summer day.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our place is within walking distance into the town of Hague where you can enjoy a night out at The Firehouse Restaurant which has a great deck overlooking the babbling Trout Brook with a great selection of local beers and a full bar, or just next door The Uptown which features family style, locally sourced food prepared by classically trained chef and proprietor Lauren Parlin.
