Nice Quiet Home in the best part of Princeville. It is two blocks from the Hanalei Bay Resort, which has great music almost every night. This is the western part of Princeville, walking distance from the beach in front of the Princeville Hotel. The Maikai golf course of Princeville passes by across the street. The home has three bedrooms, of which two of them are quite spacious with queen beds. The third has twin beds. There are 2 nice bathrooms. The living quarters are upstairs with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens out on to a lanai. The home is fully equipped. There is a barbecue, TV w/cable & DVD, stereo, surfboards, boogie boards, diving masks, bike, washer & dryer etc. This is a free standing home about 1,600 square feet on a 10,000 square foot lot with fruit trees, including tangerines and avocados. The area and home are very quiet, and peaceful.
