Maui's best Kept Secret - Located steps away from Waiohuli Beach. Fantastic ocean views, spetacular sunsets and a great sandy beach for those magnificent walks! Come explore this tropical complex which is centrally located in a quiet residential area. There are a total of 84 units at the complex and our building has 20 units with two floors. We are located on the second floor. From the large private lanai, there are full ocean views where the whales and dolphis frolic. Watch beautiful sunrises over Mt. Haleakala as you are enjoying your Hawaiian coffee and just picked mangoes from the trees within the complex. To get to the beach that is near us is a matter of leaving the condo and walking across a residential street and you are there.
This well appointed condo is spacious and open so it feels more like a townhouse with two levels. It has all the comforts of home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full-size bathrooms, and a full-size kitchen complete with granite countertops. The washer/dryer are located in a separate room within the condo on the second level.
It shines and shows beautifully and has all the amenities that you could look for including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers and those wonderful tradewinds that flow through the unit!
Splash around in the pool, grill your fresh island fish, and relax in the jacuzzi after a day spent exploring Maui! It is within walking distance to everything: beach, supermarket (Times Supermarket), restaurants including fast food, coffe shop, shopping (Azeka shopping plaza), banks, Kihei Medical Center, post office, tennis, gym and so much more!

We stayed four nights and wished we had booked longer. The beach and grocery store were very close as well as shops and restaurants. Their condo was very clean and felt like a home rather than a rental. We have already recommended this property to many family and friends.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

We call ourselves the Maui Girls. There are six of us who went to Maui together, stayed at Kihei Garden Estates, and had so much fun. We really appreciate the cleanliness and amenities of this condo and it is just right for a group of friends. We stayed there two years ago, too, and enjoyed it so much we wanted to go back and stay there again. I would definitely recommend it to others - the location is just right whether you want to relax on the beach or go on various adventures each day. We look forward to another trip there in the future.

The place was great. It accommodated two families travelling together very well. It was well maintained and equipped. The baby gate was a life saver or we would have been chasing more than relaxing. The location was ideal, close to everything. The washer/dryer was a life saver for us. The owner was great to deal with, always had quick responses.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Entire process was smooth. Appreciated quick, reliable, accountable and friendly communication with owner especially after a horrible experience with another owner I found on VRBO. Emails were responded to in 24 hours. Appreciated follow up from owner. Accurate description and photos in ad. Immaculate accommodations...so clean and organized! Ideal location. Free no-hassle parking on property. Fully equipped condo so I didn't feel like I was in a hotel (yuck). Have already referred family and friends to this property. Will always want to stay here when I'm on Maui.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
