Open the sliding glass door from the living room and you are on the slopes ready to ski! There is no better location for a ski enthusiast, none better anywhere! Absolute comfort, absolute convenience for all alike -novice, beginner, intermediate, advanced as well as expert skiers. Two super chairs -the Rocky Mountain Superchair and the Colorado Superchair - beckon you just steps from the door.

Ski down to the lifts and on your way to a wonderful world of skiing. At any time of the day, or the end of the day, ski right back to the living room door! The lower reaches are all easy skiing, but the chair lifts lead you to the most exhilarating and challenging slopes at the very top of the mountain.

The living quarters themselves are clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Two large bedrooms with queen sized beds, pillow-top mattresses, and goose-down comforters! Nice, clean, full baths. Fully equipped and elegant kitchen, with granite countertops and spice-maple full length cabinets.

Wireless internet access, cable television, and stereo system. Covered parking. The Bergenhof Restaurant and the Base facilities with lounges, rentals for ski equipment and bikes are just next door. The free shuttle buses to town, and to all of Summit County as well as Vail/Beaver Creek are just steps away. The brand new Gondola runs through the base area just steps from the Condominium.

You will enjoy the grand mountain vistas from the Living Room Windows as you relax after a day of great skiing. Come and enjoy.

  • Our family truly enjoyed the accomodations and believe it when they say this is a true "ski in and ski out" location. We skiid open to close every day right out their back door. Probably one of the best locations in all of Breckenridge!

  • This condo was perfect for our family of 7. The patio door opened right onto the slopes where we were able to conveniently ski down to a choice of 4 lifts. The condo is extremely clean and updated, and has plenty of space for everyone. One of few true "ski-in, ski-outs" we've ever found.

  • We've skied Summit County since the early '70's.This recent trip in Feb '08 was truly among the most memorable. The property at skiwatch was the main reason.Probably the best location in Breck. The condo is clean and efficient. The rental process is simple and well explained by its owner,Malathy.   • Thank you so much for opening your vacation home to our family. This was our first ski vacation and we fully enjoyed ourselves. To those looking for a rental, this unit is a true ski-in/ski-out and based solely upon the ski-in/ski-out criteria this is definately the best unit in the SkiWatch building, and one of the top ten in Breckenridge. The accomadations were clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had recently been remodeled and the seven of us lived quite comfortably for the week. The beds were extremely comfortable and recently new as well, I think. The unit had board games and a dvd player to watch movies. We were completely satisfied and have already booked our stay for next year. Malathy is very nice and helpful in explaining the rental process and provided all the answers to our numerous questions, much to our delight. Our family definately recommends this unit.

  • We had a great time at Skiwatch! IT is truly a ski in and ski out condo, well equipted, clean and roomy! As a native Coloradan we were pleased with all the details down to the humidfiers provided in the bedrooms. This is a very good value and we look forward to our next stay.

  • SkiWatch Unit 101 is by far the BEST location for skiing in all of Breckenridge!!! We found the unit clean and comfortable, with all the necessary cooking utensils one could use. The two hot tubs are a major plus, with great views of the mountain. A close drive or free shuttle to town makes this condo impossible to beat!! Thanks, Anders

  • We were tremendously satisfied with our stay; the accommodations were impeccably clean, comfortable, and certainly had some of the best views I've had from a resort rental! I'm surprised the other units in the complex claim to be "true ski-in/ski-out", as this was the only unit we found to be able to hold true to the claim. All the other condos in SkiWatch still required some walking between the slopes and the building. I will recommend this unit, as well as the courteous and professional service we received, to friends and strangers alike!
