We came for a quick end of season ski trip in mid April. The condo was wonderful. It was well maintained, cozy, and had a spectacular location. You literally cannot get any closer to the slopes. The patio is so convenient because you can access the ski area directly rather than having to head through the hallways and ski locker area. The owner is very easy to work with and we will definitely stay there in the future.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this great ski-in, ski-out location. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. Check in, location, amenities, parking...everything was seamless and as advertised. The unit was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The location and the view of the mountain is what sets this unit apart from the many ski condos I've stayed at. Thanks for sharing your condo. It sets the bar very high for future trips.

We have stayed at this condo many times and every time it seems to get better and better. Malathy and her family are always such a delight to rent from and it gives us great security and solitude knowing that we can contact the owners of the condo directly if we should have any problems instead of having to go through contacting a big rental firm. Knowing the owners care so much for the guests enjoyment during their stay makes you feel as if you are at a home away from home. Location is always a plus, and to us you can get no closer to the slopes than what this condo has to offer. It defines the phrase "Ski In and Ski Out." Out of all the rental vacation places my family and friends have stayed around the world SkiWatch#101 is by far the best!! Thank you again for another wonderful stay!! Michael and Hallie M.

Our family truly enjoyed the accomodations and believe it when they say this is a true "ski in and ski out" location. We skiid open to close every day right out their back door. Probably one of the best locations in all of Breckenridge!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7. The patio door opened right onto the slopes where we were able to conveniently ski down to a choice of 4 lifts. The condo is extremely clean and updated, and has plenty of space for everyone. One of few true "ski-in, ski-outs" we've ever found.

We've skied Summit County since the early '70's.This recent trip in Feb '08 was truly among the most memorable. The property at skiwatch was the main reason.Probably the best location in Breck. The condo is clean and efficient. The rental process is simple and well explained by its owner,Malathy. To those looking for a rental, this unit is a true ski-in/ski-out and based solely upon the ski-in/ski-out criteria this is definately the best unit in the SkiWatch building, and one of the top ten in Breckenridge. The accomadations were clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had recently been remodeled and the seven of us lived quite comfortably for the week. The beds were extremely comfortable and recently new as well, I think. The unit had board games and a dvd player to watch movies. We were completely satisfied and have already booked our stay for next year. Malathy is very nice and helpful in explaining the rental process and provided all the answers to our numerous questions, much to our delight. Our family definately recommends this unit.

We had a great time at Skiwatch! IT is truly a ski in and ski out condo, well equipted, clean and roomy! As a native Coloradan we were pleased with all the details down to the humidfiers provided in the bedrooms. This is a very good value and we look forward to our next stay.

SkiWatch Unit 101 is by far the BEST location for skiing in all of Breckenridge!!! We found the unit clean and comfortable, with all the necessary cooking utensils one could use. SkiWatch Unit 101 is by far the BEST location for skiing in all of Breckenridge!!! We found the unit clean and comfortable, with all the necessary cooking utensils one could use. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay; the accommodations were impeccably clean, comfortable, and certainly had some of the best views I've had from a resort rental! I'm surprised the other units in the complex claim to be "true ski-in/ski-out", as this was the only unit we found to be able to hold true to the claim. All the other condos in SkiWatch still required some walking between the slopes and the building. I will recommend this unit, as well as the courteous and professional service we received, to friends and strangers alike!
