Property Description:
Excellent Craftsman built villa with spacious living accommodation, "the perfect retreat after a day at the parks". It benefits from an upgraded furniture package throughout, including the Pool furniture. The Master bedroom and en suite lead directly to the pool deck. The second Master has full en suite shower room. Two further bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.

The living area is comfortably furnished with two large sofas. One sofa can be converted into a double bed. All beds are provided with a change of linen and all bathrooms have a full range of towels. There is a formal dining area. The villa is equipped with cable TV, CD, DVD, VCR and Play Station 2.

A fully furnished kitchen comes fully equipped. A breakfast nook for casual dining overlooking pool and spa. A separate Laundry Room has a washing machine and Tumble dryer. The villa has air conditioning/heating system throughout. The extended pool has substantial pool deck area with an extensive covered Lanai, with comfortable pool furniture seating up to eight guests.

There is subtle pool lighting for those evenings by the pool. Pool and Spa can also be heated during the cooler months at extra cost. A games room is provided with a pool table and table top air hockey and Table football "Foosball". The management company will provide any services you require to ensure your vacation is a one to remember.
