Luxury three bedroom/three bath and five bedroom/four bath villas with private pools to each villa. All positioned on a hillside overlooking the world-renowned Windsurfing Bay or Vassiliki on the unspoilt Ionian Island of Lefkas. Each villa is positioned to maximize on privacy and the spectacular 180 degree sea, bay, and mountain views. Newly completed in May 2006 and opened for the first summer season the same month. Each villa benefits from individual air-conditioning units to all rooms. All have washing machines, iron boards & irons, fan assisted oven, and ceramic hob. The five bedroom villa has a luxurious "Italian" style fully fitted kitchen with quality, full integrated appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel multifunctional fan oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood). It also has a Wet Room style shower to the master bedroom with His and Her sinks. They are fully furnished and equipped to a high standard.
Each villa shares its own unique portion. The spectacular scenery that surrounds them. You are set in a tranquil location yet only five minute drive from shopping, butchers, tavernas, windsurfing, sailing, mountain biking, walking, ferries (to other Ionian Islands), harbor, beaches, medical services, police and many more local amenities.
