The Boat House also features a Tiki Bar, screened porch with ceiling fan, sun deck, fresh water hose, refrigerator, phone, night lighting and an electric pump for water toys. Mile Marker 62 is located on the Northwest side of the lake in Spotsylvania County. This upscale, 40 lot subdivision, is the nearest Lake Anna destination coming from Northern Virginia or Culpeper. Just minutes from Fredericksburg, Culpeper, Louisa, Orange and Richmond Va., 70 minutes from Charlottesville, Va. and 90 minutes from Washington, DC.
