We are located on a gently sloping, one acre lakefront lot that offers superb, wide lake views, deep water, first class accommodations, 4000 square feet of luxurious living space and 200 feet of private shoreline. Whether you want to swim, fish, boat or just sit, relax and listen to the water lap, you will appreciate the Custom Boat House, with your own slip for a rental boat.
There are many nearby full-service marinas with boat and jet-ski rentals. Christopher Run Campground is a short three miles away and is the closest Public Boat Ramp to Mile Marker 62. If bringing your own boat, arrangements can be made with owner to drop your boat in private community boat launch. The Boat House also features a Tiki Bar, screened porch with ceiling fan, sun deck, fresh water hose, refrigerator, night lighting and an electric pump for water toys. This is truly one of the nicest boat houses on the lake. Available year round. Any time is the perfect time to enjoy the comfort and quiet solitude of this retreat.
The large, full-length, lake-side deck and second screened porch is perfect for an evening get-together with your favorite beverage or catching a beautiful sunrise while you sip your morning brew.
Mile Marker 62 is located on the Northwest side of the lake in Spotsylvania County. This upscale, 40 lot subdivision, is the nearest Lake Anna destination coming from Northern Virginia or Culpeper. Just minutes from Fredericksburg, Culpeper, Louisa, Orange and Richmond Va., 70 minutes from Charlottesville, Va. and 90 minutes from Washington, DC. This four bedroom, four full bathroom house accommodates sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people.
And if the weather is bad and you get stuck inside, no worries! There is a full bar on the lower level, with a pool table, poker/card table, DirecTV, VCR, an excellent DVD collection, board games and cards. If you come in the fall/winter, you can enjoy fall colors with no city noises to distract you.

Access this part of the deck form kitchen or eating area. Part of the decking is a sreened porch off family rooom. Access the screened porch form the family room or deck.
