arrival will receive full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Reservations
cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival will be forfeited.
Rates are seasonal and based on availability. Luxury 1, 2, 3 bedroom Gold Crown

3 night minimum stays required. Weekly/Monthly rentals available.
Sales Tax of 11% USD will apply. Holiday and Island Events require a
Weekly Rental.
