Coral House:
This classical 1886 square foot - three bedroom/three and a half bath Colonial style house has uninterrupted views across the street of Arnold Palmer’s Legacy signature golf course at the 24 hour gated community of The Reunion Resort and Club of Orlando. Reunion Resort is a 2300 acre exclusive, five-star private members golf community, beautifully landscaped and only minutes from Disney theme parks and other major attractions.

The Resort features such luxury amenities as:
- Three signature championship golf courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicklaus.
- Multi-million dollar Waterpark complete with a Lazy River.
- Six floodlight tennis courts.
- Several family friendly community pools located around the property that can be used by house guests.
- Miles of biking and jogging trails to explore.
- The Reunion Grande.

The 11 storey Reunion Grande has a finely appointed lobby with a refined, yet relaxed feel featuring a Lobby Bar and Golf Apparel Shop. Fortè is located in the lobby of the Reunion Grande, it's a contemporary chophouse that showcases the finest USDA prime beef, including filet mignon, New York strip and porterhouse cuts, as well as the freshest seafood available. This chic restaurant offers diners one of Florida’s finest and most impressive wine cellars with more than 250 selections from around the globe. The Grande's crowning glory is the rooftop restaurant 'Eleven' complete with pool complex. The restaurant has a casual 'South Beach' feel and gives great views of the nightly fireworks from all of the Disney properties.

Reunion Resort is close to numerous other attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and shops making it an ideal centre for a family vacation. Coral House is professionally furnished and equipped to a very high standard. This luxurious house has its own private pool and is fully equipped with pool loungers, outside furniture and BBQ facilities for alfresco dining. The villa has free use of telephone for local calls only, automatic climate control together with ceiling fans in all rooms. It is fully equipped with all bedding, bath and pool towels.

Coral House is a 'child friendly' property. For your convenience (and piece of mind) we have the following items available to you when you arrive (if required). Stair gates, crib, high chair, changing mat, potty, baby monitors, games, toys and DVDs. Our swimming pool is also enclosed within a childproof safety fence as required by Florida law.

Bedrooms:
The spacious master suite is situated on the second floor with views over Arnold Palmer’s Legacy signature golf course and has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest and nightstands. The fully tiled bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, separate large shower enclosure and washbasin. The bedroom is equipped with its own television and hair dryer.

Bedroom Two has a queen-size bed with a tiled bathroom complete with a large shower enclosure and washbasin and hair dryer.

Bedroom Three has twin beds and a tiled bathroom complete with a large shower enclosure and washbasin. Both bedrooms have a chest and nightstands in addition to fitted wardrobes.

All bedrooms are complete with high quality bed linens and towels. Free High Speed Internet is available at the desk on the landing. Access to the veranda, complete with Adirondack chairs is off the landing. Note: There is also a sofa bed in the dining room, cribs and high chairs are available if required.

Living Area:
The spacious, open-plan, family room complete with 50-inch flat screen TV and designer furnishings opens directly to the private pool. This spacious comfortable living area is equipped with cable television and a DVD. The formal dining area seats six and opens directly off the kitchen.

A clean, well-equipped fully fitted luxury kitchen complete with breakfast bar, lots of cupboard/pantry space and counter work surfaces, fridge/freezer, ice making, a waste disposal and dishwasher, oven and cooking range. Other equipment includes microwave/oven, electric coffee maker and toaster. There are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware including plastic including plastic glassware for use around the pool. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and dryer. The downstairs area also has a bathroom complete with toilet and sink.

A central sound system is installed in the property with speakers and adjustable volume controllers in the Lounge, Dining Room and Master Bedroom.

Safety and Security:
Reunion Resort is a gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is fitted with emergency lighting. Grocery Shopping (Publix, drugstores, restaurants etc. one mile).

We operate a strict Non Smoking policy within the home. No pets allowed.

  • We had a great holiday at Coral House. The house and swimming pool were impeccable and the surrounding area was very nice. We enjoyed running, playing tennis and the food served at the different restaurants on the property. We can recommend Coral House to anybody exploring the Orlando area and hope to come back ourselves.

  • We stayed at the Coral House for 16 nights in August and had a great time! The house was very clean and very up to date in decor. We were a group of two adults and 4 teenagers and the house was very spacious and comfortable after a long day at the parks. Disney was extremely close and very easy to get to and groceries were just 5 minutes away. Three full bathrooms and the 1/2 bath were very convenient and in good condition. (There was an abundance of towels and sheets provided) The kitchen was very well stocked and served our needs quite easily even when we had guests for dinner one night! (Even had candles which was a real nice touch for dinner at night) Private pool was a huge hit with the teens and was well used. If you are looking for a little privacey and distance from the parks the Coral House is a wonderful house in a safe gated community!

  • The house was perfect for a family vacation. Our 3 yr old and 1 yr old had a brilliant time in the pool and it was great having the house already set up for kids with toys and dvds, a highchair and pack-and-play and gates on the stairs. The waterpark and Reunion facilities were fabulous in general and the Publix supermarket had everything and more! It all made for such a relaxing holiday! One comment is you need to rent a car - we had thought about not getting one but were so pleased we did. Highly recommended.

  • We stayed at this house for a week at the end of may 2009 with our 2 small kids, we had a fantastic holiday, it was home away from home, the house was very well equiped with everything youd need for kids, the resort itself is fab as well, we will be definaly returning to this house next year for 2 weeks. l would recommend it without a shadow of doubt. regards sine.

  • I stayed in coral house from 6/7/09 to 16/7/09 with my wife and 3 kids. The house was very clean and well presented.There was plent of nice touches.We very much enjoyed our stay there and will certainly be staying the again.Also the booking process was very simple and viv dealt with all our questions quickly.She was very friendly. ikram

    My family and I just returned from a week's stay at Coral House. We had a wonderful time. The best thing about this property is that it is exactly what you see here. A great house at a great price with great owners to work with you. The house is clean and well maintained. There were more towels and sheets provided than we needed, even beach towels!! Reunion Resort is lovely. The water park is truly amazing, all four of my children with an age range of 10-14 loved it. My husband and I even took full advantage of the Lazy River. The only negative we found was that the resort itself is rather pricey (drinks and food) which may be a factor for visitors on a budget. Viv was easy to work with and very helpful. We would highly recommend Coral House.

  • Hi Viv & Chris. We had a fantastic time on our recent holiday, your home was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for Disney just two junctions away on the I4 and easy to get to when you first arrive. The kids loved the pool especially after returning from the parks. The resort itself lived up to its 5 star rating and the kids loved the water park. The security people at the main entrance were very friendly and the resort felt very secure. We would differently recommend your home to family and friends and look forward to visiting again at some time in the future. Thanks again and can I finish by saying what a pleasure you were to deal with, you were very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries we had both prior to and during our stay.

  • Your house more than surpassed our expections. All rooms beautifully laid out. Kitchen well equiped, laundry room a great necessity with two small children. Swimming pool and pation area was a perfect asset after a busy day out and about. House perfectly situated for all theme parks and for local shopping. Fab supermarket very close to hand. Hope to be returning again in the near future

  • We spent six weeks in Coral House from the end of January 2009 to the middle of March and we hated leaving it. The house is perfect and the resort is a delight. We loved being there on our own and even more so when our kids and grandchildren came out in relays. We all miss it still
