The family room has tan leather sofas, berber carpet, and a wonderful beach view. The kitchen has all appliances, the oven serves both as conventional and convection, and two full-sized refrigerators are in the unit. The unit has a private washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the master bath has an oversized tub and separate shower. Each bedroom and the family room have a TV and VCR. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private bath. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a Murphy bed.
No cars are allowed on the beach. The condominium has private, gated covered parking, three pools, one of which is heated in the winter, three hot tubs, a sauna, a large workout facility with free weights, Nautilus equipment, and elliptical equipment.
Multiple marinas and local restaurants offering fresh seafood and other fare are in the area. Just down the beach is a beautiful ocean-front state park, where the ocean meets the intercostal waterway. This park hosts many arts and crafts festivals and other events throughout the year. Famous Daytona Beach is 20 minutes away, and Disney, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, and other central Florida activities are one hour away. Many golf courses are nearby.
