This very comfy-cozy home will grow on you. The house is in a convenient location to anywhere and everywhere in South Lake Tahoe, and is in the middle of town, yet not by all the hustle n' bustle.

This house is also WheelChair friendly, all Seasons except Winter.
There is no steps to the front entrance and only one step to the back entrance.

You can catch the City Blue Bus just steps away. That will take you 3 miles to the Casinos and shopping areas. There, you will also find a sidewalk access to the Heavenly Valley Ski Gondola, which can take you back into the Heavenly Valley Resort Area and Restaurant.

Hike through a meadow close by the house. Our home is walking distance to many restaurants which are right outside the door. Small pets under 50 pounds are welcome, but be aware, you may see wild animals in the area, like coyotes. Bears have been known to also be in the area. Do not let your precious little dog run loose.

Come and enjoy the many seasons of South Lake Tahoe with the comforts of home.
