For all you golf and beach lover's, enjoy our "Home Away From Home" for your next vacation experience in this new, three-bedroom, three-bath townhouse in the beautiful Bayside Community featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
If golf or the beach is not your cup of tea, there is a 4000-square-feet pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) just a block from our home which includes the Sun Ridge Recreation Center with shower, lockers, tennis courts, fitness center, 20-person hot tub, and a concession stand and picnic area. Also there is a Splash Zone and play area just for the kids.
The Sun Ridge Recreation Center also offers daily activities for the young and old alike, so check their calendar so not to miss any activities they might have planned. Bayside also offers a shuttle service that runs to and from the beach every hour (during the summer season). Shuttle pickup is one block from our home.
Our home offers a large living room with fireplace, 42-inch plasma TV/DVD/VCR, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, screened-in porch and patio. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, master bath with garden tub, large shower, his-and-her sinks, large walk-in closet, and private balcony. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. Our third bedroom has a trundle bed, TV/DVD, and a full bath and, if needed, the sofa pulls out to a queen-size bed. Two-car garage, gas barbecue grill, washer and dryer, and linens are also included.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS PLEASE.
We are minutes from the beaches, restaurants, water parks, miniature golf, shopping outlets, boardwalk, Ocean City, and Bethany Beach.
So come enjoy all that we have to offer now and learn of all the exciting new things that Bayside will have in the future.

My Wife and two small children had a great time enjoying a few days at this property within reach of the beach, but with many more amenities close at hand. The unit itself is spacious and well maintanied and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and luxurious master suite (ridiculous amount of closet space). The property comes with access to a great pool and tennis facility with childrens splash zone, lots of kid activiities run by property counselors and food and drink close at hand. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves and the children had a great time. There is a nice playground including a working carousel which was the highlight for our children. Everyone had a favorite horse. The water taxi from the property pier is a great way to get around while enjoying a unique view of the inland waterway/bay. Getting to the beach was a little more difficult that if you are walking distance away, but is doable either with the property shuttle or by Car. Overall a good new way to enjoy a beach vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Hello Tom, Thanks for the use of your townhouse. We really enjoyed our stay.It was nice to visit a beach outside of our own N.J. beaches. The proximity to everything was great and we would recommend this to others.

Tom, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your place in Bayside, Delaware. Place was fantastic, everyone enjoyed the pool, exercise room, game room, basketball court and the proximity to the beach. The weather even cooperated!
