  My Wife and two small children had a great time enjoying a few days at this property within reach of the beach, but with many more amenities close at hand. The unit itself is spacious and well maintanied and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and luxurious master suite (ridiculous amount of closet space). The property comes with access to a great pool and tennis facility with childrens splash zone, lots of kid activiities run by property counselors and food and drink close at hand. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves and the children had a great time. There is a nice playground including a working carousel which was the highlight for our children. Everyone had a favorite horse. The water taxi from the property pier is a great way to get around while enjoying a unique view of the inland waterway/bay. Getting to the beach was a little more difficult that if you are walking distance away, but is doable either with the property shuttle or by Car. Overall a good new way to enjoy a beach vacation.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  Hello Tom, Thanks for the use of your townhouse. We really enjoyed our stay.It was nice to visit a beach outside of our own N.J. beaches. The proximity to everything was great and we would recommend this to others.

  Tom, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your place in Bayside, Delaware. Place was fantastic, everyone enjoyed the pool, exercise room, game room, basketball court and the proximity to the beach. The weather even cooperated! That is quite an ambitious development-hope you enjoy it for many years. Bill and Jennie Mauch
