INDIGO is the newest and most luxurious property on Perdido Key. Voted to have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveler, INDIGO on Perdido Key offers seven acres of exquisite landscaping, the largest and most glorious tropical pool on the island with a huge hot tub and heated pool, two picnic areas with barbecues, swings and gazebo all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. INDIGO is truly the most luxurious resort condominium on the Florida panhandle.
Your elevator opens at the 16th floor to the private foyer of this premium end unit. Inside the secured double doors awaits over 2300 square feet of casual elegance and sublime relaxation surrounded by fine furnishings that make this four-bedroom, four-bath condominium a truly marvelous vacation home.
Nine-foot ceilings, sliding doors along with other expansive windows bring the beautiful Gulf Coast indoors. Enjoy the view of the pool oasis and the Gulf of Mexico from the large, 11-foot by 16-foot, private balcony with patio seating,accessed from the great room and master bedroom. Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Key Beach are had from three of the four bedrooms. From the north bedrooms, views of Old River, Intercostal Waterway, and the new Arnold Palmer acclaimed golf course and national seashore just a few minutes away...
Spend the evening watching the big game on the HD LCD TV with stereo surround sound and combination DVD/VCR recorder. There are board games to entertain guest of all ages and you are never out of touch with wireless internet.
A fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar will bring out the gourmet in you, serving your friends and family with dinner seating for eight. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in convection wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, radiant cooktop, and smoothie blender. But if you are not in the mood to cook head across Perdido Key Drive to the Villagio or to any of the dozens of restaurants along the Key. Never far from civilization, a Wal-Mart is five miles away.
The master bath features a large Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Travertine floors in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, and master bathroom. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted and guest baths feature tile with granite countertops.
The awesome indoor amenities of the Indigo include a large private theater, that may be reserved, and in both towers work-out facilities with the finest equipment, steam rooms, and saunas. Two social rooms/lounges with fireplaces, wet bars, and full kitchens may be reserved... two lighted tennis courts in a lush setting round out the experience.
Sleeping accommodations include a California king in the master, queens in the other three guest bedrooms. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa. Additional amenities include a TV and VCR or DVD, stereo alarm clock, and internet in all bedrooms. Full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Linens and towels provided.
Indigo is an exclusive, weekly only rental resort. In order to accommodate your vacation requests, we are offering bookings beginning on any day of the week in the off season (October to February) and are open to your request year round. Arrivals are after 4 PM and departures before 10 AM. All at great rates for the newest and most luxurious property on Perdido Key.

Indigo 1606 - Heaven On Earth What can we say... Your condo was so super nice, words cannot truly describe our thoughts about it!! The weather was perfect. We never had a drop of rain. Being able to park in the deck kept the car cool. Everyone felt very secure with the gate out front, access code to the elevator and then the key cards to the condo itself. The layout of the condo was nice and it was furnished extremely nice also. I could live there if I could only figure out a way to have my work sent there and then work from home. The pool area was just fantastic!! We walked up and down the beach each morning and noticed that no other complex in the area had as nice of a pool area as the Indigo did. La Riva, Mirabella, Beach Colony, La Playa... none compare to Indigo!! Our only regret was having to leave. I have already told several people about Indigo and your condo. Our week in this condo was picture perfect. The condo is simply exceptional; the pictures don't do it justice. Our 5 daughters loved the individual baths for each bedroom, the kitchen was just right!!!Great pool, great beach access...See you next year!!!

The Knowles condo with the four bedrooms and four baths is spacious enough to enjoy an entire week without running into each other all the time. We had an awesome week in an upscale condo for a very reasonable price. The complex, views, facilities and staff are all excellent. If I had the time, I would do it again next week. Thanks Ken.

We could not be more pleased with our choice to stay at the Indigo, and the Knowles unit. The unit is very nicely furnished and a great layout for families. The views are really spectacular from the 16th floor- ocean/beach and sunset views. This is a very upscale property - the private elevator foyer in the unit is a nice touch also. The beach of course, is spectacular.We will be back!!

Thank you for letting us use your condo for Spring Break, you can certainly tell you are selective regarding your rentals. The accommodations and furnishings were spectacular, my children were spoiled with the flat screen TV’s, they feel they each deserve one in their rooms or a movie theater similar to the Indigos! I cannot say enough about Perdido Key…the beach is amazing and the water is beautiful. Thank you for everything.
