  This is our second year staying at the property above and it is well worth the price. The open area downstairs is great for a big group to socialize and cook dinners in the evening. There's even a great selection of movies/board games for your enjoyment. And the mud room at the entrance is wonderful. It's nice to have a large area to store skis and boards and keep the snow out of the living area. Three of the bedrooms are perfect for a couple (and maybe one baby/toddler in a pack & play) and the bunk room is great for singles. And although the ceiling is low in the sleeping loft above the downstair bedroom, there is a lot of room to sprawl out in the loft. Also, it is a short walk to the slopes and the buses drop you right off at the entrance. LeEllen (owner) is a gem to work with. She's made the experience that much better each year. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting a week/weekend getaway! We have had a variety of couples/singles/families each year and it has been great for all of our needs!

  After 7 consecutive years of staying in this condo for skiing/snowboarding, we still enjoy it just as much every time. This year we only had 6 people where we normally have 10-12, but we never even thought of finding a different place to stay even though we could have found cheaper lodging. LeEllen is always a pleasure to work with and has thought of everything that is needed to make it a comfortable stay. There are basic staple provisions in the kitchen as well as a fully stocked kitchen with which we cook all our meals. The bathrooms are always fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The convenience to the slopes and the bus stop are great as well. You can walk across the parking lot and then ski down a little trail through the woods out to the slopes. The bus stop is also just around the corner and very convenient. We are always extremely happy with our accommodations and will continue to be return visitors!

  As a special celebration for a special anniversary, my wife and I decided to take all thirteen members of our family (7 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 children) skiing for the first time. We are fussy about accommodations, and this condo met and exceeded all our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. The owner was able to answer all our questions, and made helpful suggestions. We made most of our meals on site, and the cooking equipment was complete! Every single member of our group had a blast! We'd love to return............and it will be to this condo!

  Shamrock 77 is the absolute best place to stay at Snowshoe. The accommodations and location are great. LeEllen has thought of everything and is most accommodating to the guests. We have been staying in this condo for 5 years straight and will be back again next year God willing. You will be very pleased if you rent this condo from LeEllen!

  Only takes one word to describe * Shamrock 77 * PERFECT !! This place exceeded all expectation , LeEllen was a pleasure to deal with and has thought of everything. We had seven adults age 21 - 88.The layout of the condo was wonderful and locastion was perfect. Thanks Again LeEllen for opening your wonerful home to us. looking forward to staying agin next year.

  The home was very well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen and living room areas were very comfortable for our extended family group. Thanks for maintaining such a welcoming property. We really appreciated the entrance area for leaving wet boots!

  There is only one way to describe this place...perfect! Once we arrived, the place exceeded all expectations. LeEllen was not only a pleasure to deal with, but she has set the place up wonderfully. We had a group of 12 guys and not only did it feel like home, but we didn't want to leave. We have already made plans for next year, and can't wait to stay here again. Thanks again LeEllen

  We loved this place for our family. My family of 5 and my brother's of 4 stayed for 3 nights and had a ball. It is perfectly set up for skiing families (hooks everywhere for ski garb, room for skis, games, movies, great table for eating, blowdryers, towels galore, washer/dryer and comfortable beds and couches!). The location on top of the mountain is paramount in Snowshoe. You can walk to everything once you are there. We hope to return.

  We LOVED staying here. The owner was a pleasure to work with, everything was EXACTLY as described in the ad. We were able to walk to the slopes and catch a shuttle behind the condo to the slopes after dark. All the rooms were nice, and the upstairs bedrooms had nice TVs. We had 13 people fit no problem with plenty of beds and materials to cook and eat at the tables easily. I would definitely stay here again.

  The house was wonderfully equiped and Le Ellen was a pleasure to work with. We had 11 people overall and had pleny of room. The kids loved seeing the deer come out each evening just off of the deck. We would love to rent here again
