The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix. Two bedroom, two bath, upper level Condominium with a mountain view patio. Great floor plan for two couples or small family to share as bedrooms and baths are split with open living room and kitchen area. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our place. Can sleep up to six comfortably with either a king or two twins per bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The resort includes three pools, three spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby North Mountain Preserve offers beautiful desert hiking and biking trails. Numerous golf courses are within a ten mile radius. Minutes from major highways to the North to visit Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and approximately a half hour to the new football and hockey sports complex.

After being told we couldn't have our original condo, due to very unfortunate circumstances, Jimmy stepped in and came to our rescue. He was so helpful and his condo was great. Very clean, well furnished and maintained. Everything we needed was there, large fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, TVs, wireless internet etc. and very comfortable sofas! The view from the large balcony was straight over the mountains. We love Arizona and if we return, which is highly possible, then we hope to also return to this condo.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Myself, my husband and 2 teenagers just returned from a fabulous holiday in Phoenix. The condo was definately the way to go. It is in a quiet complex and so close to many attractions. We golfed, shopped, visited the Grand Canyon and Sedonna (breath taking) and climbed a mountain. The owner was prompt and efficient in answering all our questions and a pleasure to deal with....thanks again Jimmy! The grounds of the complex are well kept and very clean. The grounds keepers and maintenance crews were alway around, also very pleasureable to deal with. The pools are warm the hot tub hot and everyone we met around the pool was very kind. The access to both Squaw Peak and Tapatio Pointe Hilton was a bonus......beautiful scenery and pools at both. We all agree we'd definately stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo was exactly what we needed! The floor plan was fabulous and we felt like the kids had one wing and the adults had another. We were in Phoenix for a volleyball tournament and have stayed in hotels in the past. The condo was such a better experience! Not only did we save money with a full kitchen and laundry but we all felt like we had our own space and were able to entertain the team one night with the community BBQ. While we spent most of our time watching volleyball, Jimmy had a nice binder prepared with places of interest like restaurants and tourist sites to see. The decor was tasteful & clean and the gated entrance added extra security. We will hope to be back next year!

There are 3 pools that were never over crowded and super clean! Hot tubs, grills and sinks in the bar area, too. Very clean, quiet gated community. Close to everything if you have a car. Jimmy was very helpful with all questions. The property was super clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need for vacation. Master bathroom was HUGE and the patio was big with a great view--it's an end unit, which is a bonus! I would definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.
