I just spent a wonderful four days in this great condo. It was very clean when I arrived, well appointed in every way. The internet worked great, the TV too and the kitchen had lots of dishes and pots and pans to use. One of the best things was the easy access to the beach, the stores and restaurants and thank goodness for the PARKING! Having a place to wash off the sand before entering the building was perfect. This is a great location for a family coming to San Diego for a beach and fun holiday
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo last week, and had a great experience. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with- always available by e-mail or phone. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay- every type of kitchenware we could possibly think of, and plenty of linens and pillows. The condo itself was bright and very clean and the floor plan was ideal. Also, the bedspreads in both rooms are new and look nicer than the ones in the photos. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out there many evenings. The location was great- literally steps to the beach, and plenty of great restaurants within an easy walk. The condo is right on the boardwalk too, which makes a lovely place to stroll. It is a short drive to all the major San Diego attractions, like the zoo and Legoland, also an easy drive to the airport. The condo also has a parking garage, which is nice since parking can be tricky in PB. We never heard any noise from other condos, which was nice. One weekend night, we heard some outside noise from the alleyway near the condo, but once we had the windows shut, we could no longer hear the disturbance. This was a fantastic place for us to stay on our trip to San Diego, and we will defintely plan to stay here again when we return to San Diego.

Everything we needed was there. See the ocean from the balcony. We loved that we could all come and go without having to deal with a key. The parking was great for CA. my own underground, gated spot with never anyone around me. Great location for the kids to do everything they wanted. Over all fantastic. The owner was easy to deal with and VERY helpful.
