The Villa is five miles from Walt Disney World, Orlando, just south of the 192 at Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee.
The rear of the Villa is south facing and looks out on to a conservation area.
The bedroom configuration is as follows; the King Master, Queen Master and second Queen bedroom are on the ground floor, along with the half-bathroom. There is also the sofa bed. On the first floor is the second King, the two singles, two bunks, crib, and Family Bathroom.
Pool heating is provided from October through May, at no extra charge.
Spa heating is provided all year round at no extra charge.
A computer is provided with High Speed wireless Internet Access.
A Games Room has been added, containing a pool table, air hockey, foosball, plus a TV with PS2 and a range of child friendly PS2 games.
There is a DVD player in the lounge, and also in each of the King Bedrooms. There's also a multi CD stereo system.
A Barbecue Grill can be hired at a weekly rate.
The Villa is situated at the gated Windsor Palms community, which features its own Community Center with a wide range of leisure facilities, including,

Clive, The vacation was amazing! We had such a great time and enjoyed your house so much. The pool was great and the kids just loved it! Your game room was very nice b/c it had carpet. We had fun watching a football game on the huge TV!! There were a few things that would have been helpful to have more or (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags). The towels were plentiful and the plastic cups and plates were a great addition as we had 6 children between the 2 families. We also used the high chair and the 2 crib/pack n' play which was great so we didn't have to pack that stuff with us on our trip. I've attached a picture for your enjoyment. Thanks again! April

Hi there Clive, Happy New Year to you!! We had an absolutely awesome time, and the villa was fantastic! All the comforts of home and with such a large group it provided a relaxing and enjoyable base. The location was perfect and I know the whole family enjoyed their time in Orlando and the accommodation for the children was truly the icing on the cake!! The management company was very professional and easy to deal with. We loved the villa and found everything as you discribed on line. Dear Clive Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been bogged down with work. A wonderfull time was had by all and we greatly enjoyed our stay at your house, in fact I'm still missing getting up in the mornings and being able to sit around the pool with my coffee. The inconvenience of room service was not missed too much as the kids became on first named terms with the local pizza delivery guy, who along with everyone we came in contact with was charming. Clive, What a wonderful time. Your house is beautiful and was perfectly setup for all of us. The kids had a ball and the adults really enjoyed being together. We were able to really get a lot of time with my brother & that means the world to us. Other than the refrigerator not working , everything was perfect. Your management Company was great and came out as soon as we called about the fridge. They brought us another one to use until they could get the other one fixed. Everything was exactly how you portrayed your home and that meant a lot to us. We have stayed at other places that made their place look awhole lot better than it was in person. We have no complaints only praise on how wonderful it all was. We would definitely rent from you again in the future & We will recommend you to all our friends who rent down that way. One thought my sister in law had was you might want to see about ducting the AC to the game room as it gets very hot in there and you can’t play for too Long but we did okay using the fan however couldn’t stay on there for long periods of time. Otherwise,, thank you sooo much for the wonderful time we were able to spend with my brother and family. It couldn’t have been any better than it was !! Sincerely, Tabitha
