  Our recent vacation to Florida was amazing! There were 2 families with a total of 13 people that stayed in this home. Clive's home was very comfortable and spacious. It was also very clean and beautifully decorated. We never felt crowded or over whelmed with so many people together. There were 6 kids ages 8 to 14, 3 older teenagers and 2 couples. The kids loved the games room and pool areas!The pool and hot tub was clean and always warm. The adults loved sitting by the pool in the warm sun! We even saw the Nasa shuttle launch while sitting in the hot tub one evening!! We especially liked the security of the home and the resort which put our minds at ease. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to prepare meals for a big group. The location of this home couldn't be better! We were less than 5 minute drive to animal Kingdom. 15 min to Sea World and Universal Studios. Supper target was only 5 min away too! It is also very easy to get to from the airport! If you have a large group we would highly recommend this home to you. In a nut shell... Spacious, Comfortable, Beautiful, Safe and Well Situated describes this home!! We can't wait to go back again one day!

  Spent a week here with our family, there were 14 of us from age 10 months to 50+, we all had a great time and we never felt we were on top of each other, plenty of room and lots of things for the kids to do. House was very clean when we arrived , and everything worked fine, except we had one issue with the coffee pot, but we called the management company and they brought us a new one within the hour, was very impressed with that. We really loved the neighborhood, very close to Disney and tons of restaurants and grocery stores within 5 to 10 min. Loved the neighborhood club house, was only a quick 5 min. walk and they had a nice movie theater with free movies (and popcorn) also the clubhouse had a little store where you could pick up snacks or forgotten items, such as, toothbrush, milk, etc. Felt very safe walking and letting our 9 & 10 yr. old grandsons walk there by themselves. Also loved the fact that there were no neighbors behind us, lots of open space, where the kids could play outside for awhile. We live in Florida and have rented several homes over the past couple of years in Disney, and this has to be one of our favorites. The owners Clive and Maxine always responded to my emails quickly and promptly, and I appreciated it. Again, great home would highly recommend!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  My family got together to enjoy my sister in laws 40th birthday and we needed a place for 14 guest. The home was very spacious and well kept. Beautiful home with a nice gameroom for the kids and pool and spa. Nice yard with no homes behind you, open feeling. Great location, close enough to attractions, but far enough from all the traffic. No need to worry about Clive being out of the country, everything was handled very easy. We will be back again. Also great rate for such a large group. Went to ice at the Gaylord Palms and enjoyed the town of Celebration, both wonderful places to visit during the holidays if you don't want to do Disney. Just 10 minutes away from the villa.

  Clive, We had an amazing time in Florida. Your home was beautiful! The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed making a wonderful thanksgiving dinner. Your home was perfect for our large family. It was so nice to be able to be all together under one roof. My mother in law passed away 6 months ago, and this was our first family vacation without her. Your home provided us the safe haven we needed to be a family. Thank you again for sharing your home with us! Sincerely,

  We, 9 in all, stayed in this lovely house this past December. The condition of the house was excellent and had enough space for everyone. The children 3, 7, 9, 12 years of age,enjoyed the games room very much. The layout of this house really helped us to accommodate everyone; since this house has three bedrooms upstairs, our son's entire family slept upstairs, and three adults slept downstairs in peace. Each morning, we especially enjoyed the open view from the living/kitchen area over looking the pool and the patio. Our only regret was not being able to use the pool! We did not have time for it. We surely would like to come back for a longer period. Also, we discovered that this community has a nice outside pool and other facilities, a few minutes walk away. There was an ample supply of towels. We had good communications with Clive. We highly recommend this house to anyone.

  Our group of adults and teens chose Clives home due to its spaciousness, great rental rate, and positive reviews from previous visitors. We were visiting Orlando for the aAU Volleyball Championship and of course Disney. Clive was very prompt in repsonding to our emails and a very gracous long distance host. The home is lovely. I fell in love with the Master Suite with its extra large bath. The girls enjoyed being upstairs in their own little world of sorts. It was nice having a nicely stocked kitchen too. We didnt get to use the pool much due to tropical storm Debby but that didnt stop us Cajuns from having fun at the Disney parks. We would definately recommend this wonderful home to our friends and family. Thanks, Clive

  This house was comfortable and roomy for all 9 members of our family. Great house for extended family vacations; close to all parks and attractions. Very clean and well maintained. The community itself was also very clean and well maintained. Competitively priced. Much better than a hotel. I would highly recommend this home to anyone spending time in the area.

  Recently I rented from Clive. My family was very pleased.My kids was so comfortable they didnt want to go back to Universal Studios. They wanted to stay at the house. All of the bed rooms were clean and comfortable.The living room and kitchen made us feel at home. He also have a cool game room wich we enjoyed. I would recomend this rental to everyone...Wont be my last time renting from Clive. Ps. Clive was very professional and easy to contact.

  Our adult family of 5 had a fabulous time. House was clean with everything you needed immediately at hand. Resort had great amenities. Location was perfect. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and the management company gave quick and professional service. Cant wait to go back

  My husband and I have stayed at Clives villa twice, a month each stay. We have booked it for another month in 2013. It is a perfect place for our large family. We have four children and seven grandchildren who visit throughout our stay.We make full use of the pool, games room and all the clubhouse facilities. The open concept of the villa is ideal for family fun which we so enjoy. The villa is clean and the kitchen is well equipped.The staff of the management company are friendly and provide immediate service. I would highly recommend this villa.
