Golf Villa at PGA National .... Our first floor condominium is a two-bedroom, two-bath spacious home. There is a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, and dining area, all with tile flooring. Our remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and new appliances.
The master bedroom a king size bed, adjoining bath, and dressing room area with lots of closet space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and is furnished with white wicker furniture. The master bath was remodeled in October 2010. The living room has a new 42' Flatscreen TV.
The large wrap-around screened patio is shaded with beautiful Florida foliage. It is a short walk to the community pool and about one-half mile to the PGA National Resort and Spa.
A Golfer's Paradise:
The renter will assume our full golf/tennis membership and be able to use all the facilities. This includes five internationally-recognized championship golf courses, tennis courts, croquet complex, and complete fitness center including a lap pool. You will also enjoy all the guest services available at the beautiful outdoor pool--part of PGA National Resort and Spa, the five-star hotel located within PGA. Our condominium, plus all the amenities, will delight anyone looking for a great vacation get-away for any season of the year.
Nearby Activities and Attractions:
The activities in the area are numerous. Besides the golf and tennis described above, there are wonderful restaurants at the hotel. There are many other restaurants nearby. The beach is only 10 minutes away. Here you can enjoy deep-sea fishing, swimming, sailing, sunbathing and other water sports. There is lots of shopping nearby, especially the Gardens of the Palm Beaches which has Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many other stores. It is a great location!

My family had a short stay at this condo and found it to be a wonderful place to enjoy the PGA National Resort. While the timing of our visit did not allow us any golfing, we had a wonderful vacation appreciating the other ammenities. This spacious condo was very convenient being ground floor, and offered many extras. We had use of the pools on sight and were very pleased with each of them. The owner was very accomodating, was a great communicator, and very helpful with any questions/concerns. We would highly recommend enjoying the comforts and conveniences of this condo.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We rented this condo for two consecutive winters. The condo is not fitted out like a rental property but something that the owners would themselves be proud to live in. It was always spotlessly clean when we arrived. The condo is spacious & everything was in good working order. When there was a problem this was addressed & dealt with immediately. The only reason that we did not rent the property again was because we required an additional bedroom.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This PGA National condo is a peaceful, quiet little get-away while in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Superb shopping (Gardens Mall) and dining, all within a few short miles on PGA Blvd. Every item and service needed has been provided to feel right at home! Comfortable first floor access and parking. The best referral I can give is to say how clean and well-maintained the property is. It also has been such a pleasure and exceptionally easy work with the owners. Would continue to rent this property and highly recommend it to friends or family!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: Our condo also offers full golf membership and has been very popular with golfers especially during the peak months of January, February, and March.
