  Recently my family of 5 stayed in town home and had the best time. Unit is very comfortable and minutes away for the Key West fun. Surroundings were tranquil and gave you the comforts of home. Very spacious, clean all 5 of us did not feel cramped. Pool is directly outside the unit and nice to jump in to cool off. Vin is great to deal with and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning a trip. Your close to duvall street and highly recommend Roostica for meals and Hog Fish. Owners were great and staff pleasant. Food cannot be beat. Wish we could of stayed a month :)

  We spent Spring Break exploring Key West from Coral Hammock. The location was perfect for my husband, two teenage daughters, and me. We were a short drive from the action and history of Key West, as we quickly realized we could find convenient, free parking with a little perseverance. Smathers Beach was a manageable bicycle ride away. This unit has the ideal location overlooking the pool; it is a tranquil, tropical oasis. The unit itself provided plenty of room for privacy, but we more often found all four of us on the deck enjoying conversation and the beautiful surroundings. Don't miss Hogfish Bar and Grill (a minute away)--best meal and atmosphere of the whole trip!

  Renting directly with Vin was easy and a pleasant experience. The property agency representing him in Key West was easy and quick to deal with upon arrival.The location provides ease of travel to Key West and to destinations to the North. The town home was very clean and provided with all the essentials necessary for a pleasant stay. As info, the Hogfish Restaurant, a little off the beaten path, about 4 minutes from the house is very good. Provides good food and local color mixed in with others lucky to stumble upon the establishment. In summary. it would require someone very critical of things to find fault with this rental.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We ( 3 couples in our 40s-50s) stayed here over New Years. There is more than enough room to spread out and not get each others way. The pool is right outside the door, watch out for the neighborhood cat who would love to get inside. You have to check out Hogfish Bar and Grill about 1/2 mile away, great food in a great waterfront location. You will definitely need a vehicle when you stay here, either bicycle, scooter or car, but it's a great place to stay and we'll stay here again.

  I stayed in condo #36 in mid-January for a week. The check-in and out process was very smooth with both the property manager and owner helpful and accessible. The condo was beautiful and clean, with large bedrooms and xtra large bathrooms. There was plenty of closet space (the master even had a walk in closet) and lots of linens. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The place immediately felt like a home and I would definitely rent this condo again!

  We stayed for a week in townhouse #36 and loved it. The home was very clean and in great shape. We were only minutes from all of the Key West action. The pool was great on the hot days. The only thing that would have made our stay better, would have been a month stay. Maybe when we retire!! Renting on VRBO is much better than hotels.

Labor Day Weekend is $ 200 per night (08/30 to 09/02)

Fantasy Fest is $ 225 per night Powerboat Race Week is $ 200 per night (11/03 to 11/10)

Xmas - New Years is $250 per night (12/21 to 01/01)

The minimum age to rent is 25 and this person must occupy during rental.

50% of the total is due at time of reservation and the remainder is due 30 days before arrival.

Optional Travel Insurance is offered.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Rates do not include 12.5% tax + a $101.25 cleaning fee & a $35.00 booking fee & a refundable $500.00 security deposit

( or a $34.00 Security Deposit protection waiver that covers damages

up to $1,500.00).
