This adorable Durango home is one of Durango's best. Located within a short walk from downtown, the river, pedestrian river bridge, restaurants galore, the Durango Rec Center, the new library, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, the train depot, the Free Trolley, just around the corner from The Brick House Cafe (a breakfast and lunch restaurant, the river walk which goes 3 miles in each direction, and the town trails.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a master bath with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen and shares a bathroom (with tub and shower) with the 3 rd bedroom which has a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and a twin on top. This house is very comfortable, cozy, and is designed to make your time in Durango like a home away from home.
This house comes fully equipped with all you should need to make it a perfect vacation while in adorable Durango. All utilities are included; phone, DSL, wifi, cable. Yard work and snow shoveling service are also included.
The large fenced yard makes it a perfect place for children as well as your well trained dog.

Durango mountain resort / Purgatory, for your skiing pleasure, is a 20-25 minute drive North. Beautiful Vallecito Lake is an approximate 25 minute drive. You are surrounded by trails and hills. Mesa Verde is a short drive west. Durango has a very active motorcycle community and The Four Corners Iron Horse Motorcycle Rally is one of the nation's best.

This apartment is located in the finished basement, which has a very low ceiling (6'2"), small eat in kitchenette, two walk in closets, private fenced yard, private entrance, it's own charcoal grill, washer and dryer, off street parking. The living room has a futon sofa and a 32" TV, a DVD player. With the utiliies included (as well as cable and wifi), this fully equipped unit is perfect for the corporate person looking for a home and not a hotel, plus a great location.
Only single occupancy on monthly + rentals.
Rate for apartment:
Weekly rate = $600
Monthley rate = $1200 per month
This apartment is also perfect as a separate guests quarters with plenty of privacy. To rent the apartment with house just add $500 per week or $1000 for month rental.
