The living room of this unit continues the panoramic Gulf view with wrap-around windows and wall to wall sliding doors.The spacious dining room seats six comfortably with an adjacent bar overlooking the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances. A bistro table and chairs add to the intimacy of the kitchen setting.
Double doors lead to the privacy of the master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding doors open to the terrace and the spectacular Gulf views. The master bath/spa is a world unto itself. The whirlpool bath next to the fully tiled walk-in-shower is surrounded by windows that give you a magnificent view of the Gulf while ensuring complete privacy.
The spacious second bedroom, with two full size beds and bath, becomes a private suite by closing the pocket door. A separate laundry room with oversized washer and dryer adds to the ease of carefree living.
If you want to do more than just relax and sunbathe on the beach or read a book with a glass of wine on the terrace....
Miles of biketrails along the beach and an air conditioned exercise room in the building will help you care for your health, after all the delicious seafood.
We rent only to family groups and responsible adults over the age of 25. House parties are not allowed. Should a group misrepesent itself, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.

Vacationed in August of 2008....you will not be disappointed with this home away from home! Nicely decorated and very clean. So wonderful to wake up to the sound of the ocean. The only down fall is ....we had to leave. We would gladly stay again!!

Beautiful condo, decorated both tastefully & comforting. Huge rooms, lovely bedrooms, the master suite is exquisite with it's views, access to over sized balcony, beautiful bathroom with views of the emerald water, loved the large shower with glass enclosure & 2 shower heads! All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is awesome, beautiful counter tops, LOVED the ice maker--outside the refrigerator--very nice to have. We didn't look for anything that we didn't find to prepare meals in the kitchen, very rare! Nice laundry room with extra large load size washer & dryer. I can't say enough about this condo, it was truly wonderful in every way. Then there's the pool--amazing size & beautifully designed like the rest of The Beach Colony. Would've just stayed & lived if it was an option! Any couple, family, or group would truly enjoy their stay here! Thanks for making this condo so incredible & sharing it with us!

This condo is perfect. We rented it for the whole month. The unit is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need, and the balcony is great. We saw dolphins everyday putting on a show for us. The pool is immaculate, the whole complex is very quite and relaxed. We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second stay at Beach Colony Resort, but won't be our last!

We rented this same condo last year and had a great time. It is a wonderful quiet place to take your family on vacation. The owner of the condo is very nice and helpful. This is location has become a place that we will definetly vacation at every year. Hopefully next year we can stay longer!

After renting condos along the Gulf from Clearwater to Pensacola we have found the best. This was our 4th visit to this condo and we loved it as much as ever. We have already booked again for this fall. The property is immaculate, with a fully equipt kitchen, new flat screen TVs, and of course the magneficent view. Being above the surrounding buildings you have a panoramic view over the gulf and along the shore miles. Look down and see fish through the clear gulf water. The unique feature of only 4 condos per floor creates a very private experience. When you are tired of the sand or the beautiful pool, the covered balcony is the perfect retreat. This is truly a great place.

We traveled 12 hours to get to this location and it was well worth the trip when we got there. We had the best time. This homeaway is very clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. No one wanted to leave. We are already planning to take a trip back! Navarre Beach is definely Florida's best kept secret.
