Location: Ruidoso, New Mexico, USA (125 miles NE of El Paso, TX and 175 SE of Albuquerque, NM)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Come relax in this comfortable mountain property. The condo is approximately 1900 square feet and offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a one car garage, a gas fireplace and a nice deck. Each bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. This unit is VERY nicely furnished and centrally located.

The following is all provided: All bedding and linens, towels and washcloths, soaps and laundry detergent, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, drinking glasses and wine glasses, cutting board, cooking utensils, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, outdoor gas grill, 2 TV's (master and living room) with cable, DVD player, VCR, AM/FM radio with CD player, high speed internet (bring your own lap top computer), alarm clocks, washer and dryer, microwave oven, iron and ironing board.

Concierge Service: If you would like help with golf tee times, ski lift tickets, Ruidoso Downs Race Track reservations (including Turf Club or Jockey Club tickets), dinner reservations, etc., I will be happy to help with those arrangements. Also, if you would like the condo stocked with special requests upon your arrival (i.e. groceries, wine, liquor, flowers, etc.) this service can be provided. You will be charged the amount of your purchases plus a negotiated fee for the service.

Nestled in the beautiful pine trees of the Lincoln National Forest in south central New Mexico, Ruidoso is known as the "Playground of the Southwest". Whether it's hiking one of the many designated trails, fishing the surrounding lakes and streams, snow skiing at Ski Apache, playing golf at one of five local courses, gambling at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, visiting the local museums or attending the horse races at internationally known Ruidoso Downs Race Track, there's something for everyone.

Note: not included in the rental fee is a $100 cleaning charge. This is a flat fee that is charged whether your stay is two days or two weeks. This charge will be deducted from the damage/cleaning deposit.

is returned following check out if there is no damage or missing items.
