We stayed in the apartment with our 2 children in April and would happily stay there on every return visit. Nice well-furnished apartment, good bathroom and kitchen, and simply the best location in Paris -- a quiet street with easy access to bakeries, restaurants, Notre Dame, and more. Delphine was a helpful and responsive host.

This is a lovely apartment in the best location imaginable. You might not think so walking up to it if you haven't been to Paris. The entrance and street are quite unassuming. But once you get inside (and, yes, have climbed all the steps) you'll find it charming and excellently laid out. Even better, once you get to know the area you'll realize how perfect the location is: one or two blocks from the most central subway stops and and the best patisseries and bistros and open air markets and chocolatiers and creperies. You'll need no taxis nor cars and can walk to along the beautiful Seine to almost everyplace you'd want to visit. We did. The Lourve, The Musee d'Orsay. The Halles. Notre Dame. We even walked back from the Eiffel Tower. And you'll appreciate returning to the unassuming entrance on the quiet little street. And Delphine was so easy and trusting and accommodating about deposits, it almost makes an American step back and pause. So what's with the 1%? Well, first, consider the source. I am the type of person who will switch a hotel room if it's near the elevator or ice machine or will switch restaurant tables if near the bussing station or restroom. I found the apartment extremely quiet for 99% of our stay. But the last two days the owners, who live in the apartment above, returned from a holiday and we could hear their footsteps and some conversations. For the most part this did not bother the rest of my family but I am more sensitive to that kind of thing and it might have detracted from my stay there had they been in residence the entire six days. Not sure it would have concerned the others. Plus -- we'd been spoiled by having the place to ourselves for five days. If this sort of thing doesn't concern you then by all means you'll love this place. By the way, we actually found the steps a great way to relieve our guilt for all the dining out we did and for eating all the wonderful croissants and treats that beckon everywhere. Enjoy!

We wish simply to reiterate what all the excellent reviews before us have already said: this is an absolutely lovely flat that will make your stay in Paris a very special one indeed. It is utterly charming, brilliantly located, and appointed meticulously with the greatest of taste and loving care. Thank you, Delphine, for your gracious hospitality, and for extending such kindness when we encountered some real difficulties during our trip. We will never forget it, and recommend the flat 100%!

The hot water stopped working the second morning of our stay, and we were told by the owner that it could not be fixed for 2 more days, due to access problems. We were 4 adults and a 2 year old child, so that information was rather distressing to us. The owner suggested some of us go and stay in a hotel, which she would pay for. Not a practical proposition, due to not knowing Paris, and this being the middle of a busy summer weekend. After much persuasion, and being told we "could all just go", the owner arranged for an earlier repair. By the time the water was fixed, we were without hot water for 36 hours, unable to have a hot shower for two mornings. The owner reluctantly agreed to a small refund amounting to half of a days rent. Although we were warned about the steps, they were definitely a challenge, especially when moving heavy suitcases up and down. The attitude of the owner during this time was unsympathetic, and unapologetic. The rest of the stay was uneventful, the apartment comfortable, and very clean.
Owner response:Thank you for your review, I am so glad to know you found the apartment clean and comfortable. I do apologise that there was a problem with the hot water in the building during your stay. The fault was fixed after 24 hours. I realised that this was an inconvenience which was why I offered to pay for a hotel nearby for all 5 of you for the night, to have access to hot water, which you did not accept for some reason. So in the end I gave a 50 per cent discount for the time that there was no hot water, which I thought to be a fair settlement. Fortunately these problems are very rare, but I am almost always here to take care of any unexpected problems. I care very much that my guests have an enjoyable stay, as you can see in the over 30 enthusiastic reviews here. I do wish you the best on your future travels, Merci, Delphine

My 22 daughter and I spent five days at Delphine's apartment earlier this May. Delphine was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a very friendly welcome. In a matter of a few minutes she had made us 2 dinner reservations at restaurants that she recommended. Both were fabulous. The apartment is cosy, extremely clean with a renovated bathroom. When the windows are closed it is so quiet. The apartment is located between Saint Michel ( 3 minute walk to the Metro) and Saint Germain des Pres. Great shopping and dining in Saint Germain des Pres We were able to walk to dinner every night with fabulous restaurants all around. We had lunch on 2 days at outdoor cafes on Ave. Saint Germain. I would definitely stay in Delphine's apartment again. Thank you so much Delphine. Mary and Andrea, Saint Johns, FL USA

Everything on the listing is correct, but still doesn't convey the cozy perfection of this apartment. From the moment you push open the big green door and step into the courtyard, you will be charmed, and won't even mind the stair climb up to your home away from home. Included are very comfortable beds, wonderful linens, plenty of towels, great shower pressure - and a kitchen that is better equipped than mine at home. The layout is wonderful - with a plus that is hard to find elsewhere in Paris, and that is the bathroom is off the hallway, not through a bedroom. The location is ideal for exploring the city in every direction (just a couple blocks from St Michel and Odeon metro stops), and for staying in the neighborhood for food, drinks, people watching. Delphine is very accommodating with arrival and departure times, and for helpful suggestions. She and her family live in the building but you would never know it for how quiet everything was - no loud footsteps or voices or plumbing noises at all. My family of 4 stayed 10 days and kept wondering if we would choose a different arrondissement next visit, but concluded we would only stay at Rue Seguier - it's a gem.

We stayed at Delphine's lovely apartment for a week with our two children (ages 11 and 13.) The apartment could not be better located for both walking and using the Metro, and it was wonderful to return to the very clean, comfortable, safe and well-equipped apartment after long days of exploring Paris. It was an easy walk to so many places we wanted to share with our children, and it was great to have a wide selection of restaurants and cafes so close to the apartment. There are markets, bakeries (for morning croissants) and a pharmacy within a few blocks of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, and the listing description was very accurate...no surprises! Delphine was a pleasure to work with in setting up the rental and communicating during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to a friend, and have done so already! Merci, Delphine!

My husband, two children and I just stayed at this apartment for 5 nights over Christmas. It was very comfortable and superbly located. Very close to metro, grocery store, restaurants, and an amazing crepe place! It was terrific value and I recommend it highly. It was on the fourth floor; be forewarned!

The apartment was perfect for our week in Paris. Everything we wanted to do, see, and eat was easily accessible by walking or the metro/train. The neighborhood was clean and we felt safe walking about at night as their were lots of people on the streets and in the cafes. The apartment was spacious and clean with a kitchen that had far more cooking utensils than we needed. Being able to check in on our kids by phone was a real bonus! Delphine was a most gracious hostess---helpful, cordial, respectful of our privacy. When I return to Paris, this is the only place I'd consider staying!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay in Delphine's fantastic apartment! Delphine is very helpful and friendly. The photos and description are completely accurate. The apartment is impeccably clean, the kitchen is modern and had everything we needed, the bathroom/shower is excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The two beds in the second bedroom are narrower than a standard twin, smaller than my kids are used to, but didn't cause any problems. The apartment is very quiet when the windows are closed, but leaving them open at night before we went to sleep allowed us to hear the sounds of Paris! The curtains completely block the light making it easy to sleep after sunrise if desired. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb (no elevator/lift), but that just allowed us to enjoy the incredible croissants from Eric Kayser Bakery and the beignets from Paul's (that are close by) every morning for breakfast!! We couldn't have asked for a better location! The Seine is right across the street with Ile de la Cite and the Notre Dame across the river! It's close to San Michel and the Metro there. There is a supermarket, bakeries, a fruit stand and many restaurants very close by. Don't miss Amorino Gelato that is also close by! Yum! The neighborhood feels very safe and the building is secure. We cannot say enough good about this apartment! Thank you, Delphine, for sharing it with us! We loved "living" in Paris for a week and if we ever get to return, we will stay again! We are recommending to all our friends and to anyone who would love a fabulous place to stay in Paris!

Delphine's apartment on the Seine is well-located and full of character. It is near to everything you need -- groceries, shops, the Metro, great restaurants and attractions. Delphine was a wonderful host, helpful with recommendations and directions. The apartment was exactly as shown on the website. We stayed for one week with a family of four in June of 2010 and it was a fantastic experience. The stairs were plentiful, but perfect to work off the multi-course meals. The view across the Seine to St. Chapelle was great, particularly at night when the lights of the bateaux bounced off the buildings. This was a great experience all around - location, price, amenities, the whole package. We highly recommend it.

A truly gorgeous period apartment in a fabulous location. The apartment was just beautiful and felt very "Parisian". The set up was perfect for a family weekend in Paris. The location was superb - everything a tourist wants to visit (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Jardin de Luxembourg, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees etc) all within easy walking distance. The stairs are a bit of a trek for young children but ours survived. A really lovely experience with a very kind and hospitable host. Delphine was wonderul to deal with.

My wife and I stayed at this charming apartment late in May 2010. All of the good reviews you may have read are accurate. Delphine is a gracious host who speaks perfect English and makes the rental process easy. The kitchen has everything you need and is up to date, and the bathroom is just as modern as it looks in the photos, with good water pressure in the shower. The window draperies in all rooms are effective in blocking the daylight so that the early sun won't awaken you. The beds in the 2nd bedroom (which also doubled as a TV room) are a little on the small side, but would be very adequate for children or teens. Remember though, as Delphine plainly states in her listing, the apartment is a 3 floor walk up with no elevator. So, you do think once or twice before running out to buy something on impulse that you forgot to pick up at the market. The location is the best: within a 15 minute walk there are more good bistros, cafes, and restaurants than you could visit in a year. The St. Michel metro stop and the RER is only 2 blocks away, as is a taxi stand if you can't hail a taxi on the street. All in all, a good value for the money.

The owner tells you that you will have to climb stairs, so don't say you haven't been warned. All these old, romantic, heritage-listed buildings require the use of the knees! Once installed however, you will find the place clean, charming and very comfortable. All kitchen and bathroom mod. cons. are there, and the beds are most comfortable. It is a marvellous location: restaurants and shops to hand (a great supermarket in the rue de Buci). The owner speaks excellent English and is very friendly and helpful.

We booked with Delphine over the phone and she asked for a 50% deposit to confirm our reservation for a week. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We are so glad we met Delphine since her apartment is now our home away from home in Paris. Aside from the stunning views across the Seine and outstanding location in the heart of Paris, all the amenities and attention to detail in this 4th floor residence made our trip so pleasant. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and everything works! 2 TVs, Computer wifi access and free local telephone are really convenient. The neighborhood is safe, well-lit, quiet at late hours but pulses with life outside. We will definitely recommend 2 Rue Seguier to our family and friends. We invited Delphine to a little wine and cheese party on the third night. She accepted and shared some great stories about growing up in Paris. She is a wonderful resource and will not hesitate to help you. We look forward to our return soon. My sister is planning a surprise to celebrate a 10 year anniversary after seeing this residence dating back to the 1700's. I especially liked the modern bathroom, dish washer, laundry. Most of all, I remember the breath-taking sunsets looking north across the Seine from my bedroom windows each day. The METRO St. Michel and RER train station are 1 block away to the east on the way towards Notre Dame. Well done, Delphine!

My family of five stayed in this wonderful apartment in Jan 2010.We loved the space of the apartment,it was a large apartment with 3 children. My husband had a few midnight meetings via skype & the ample space meant he didn't disturb any of us sleeping. The location is amazing,so close to some beautiful restaurants, bakerys,& some great retail just outside too.Being 3 minutes from St Michel metro was also so easy to arrive from & go to the airport. The kitchen was easy to prepare breakfasts & great to have the dishwasher. We also loved the clean bathroom & thick bath towels.Although there are a few steps ,I considered they were a good reason to enjoy more from the bakery!

Thank you Delphine!!! Our family of four--2 adults, 2 kids under 9, stayed here for one week in mid-July. This flat is the best of all worlds-- affordable, AMAZING location, spotless and updated, and very comfortable. Walking distance to so many attractions (Louvre, Pompidou, Luxembourg gardens), 2 short blocks to Metro, and COUNTLESS yummy restaurants nearby. My kids loved the Gelato place that is around the corner. Delphine could not be more helpful in suggestions for food, logistics, things to do and really made us feel welcome. Our daughter lost a tooth while we were there and she introduced us to the Tooth Mouse--how fun!!! Delphine is very straightforward and honest in her dealings, which we did entirely by email, and I am very wary of doing so. I would STRONGLY recommend this place to anyone seeking a great, spacious (for Paris), centrally located place to explore Paris, and great for kids too. IF you have any questions, I am happy to answer them--you can get my information from Delphine.

We had the pleasure to stay in Delphine's Paris flat for a week in September. There were 2 of us (girl's dream trip) and it was great because we each had our own bedroom. The beds were very comfortable!! The bathroom is well appointed, as is the kitchen, but there are so many restaurants in the area, that we never cooked in. Delphine is a pleasure to deal with, never got to meet her as she was on holiday, but her sweet mother (who lives a floor below) showed us the ropes. The flat is beautifully located, within walking distance to many bistros, shops, metro, RER, etc. I have stayed in many Paris hotels, but I have now found my new home away from home in Paris at 2 Rue Seguier.

My mother and I celebrated her 70th birthday here in October of 2009. We loved the location. It is in our favorite part of Paris. Many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and charming. We enjoyed having the extra space over a hotel room. The walk up 5 flights of stairs was a good way to burn off all the food we ate. We would stay there again.

May 2009 We spent 2 1/2 weeks in Delphine's apartment with our two young boys and were so pleased with everything from start to finish. Delphine is wonderfully easy and straightforward to deal with; the apartment is incredibly well located-- we developed a morning routine of walking a few blocks for pastries and groceries and could walk to many major attractions through charming neighborhoods; the apartment itself is lovely-- antiques mixed with modern conveniences; and the internet connection was fast and let us do work without a hassle. We really felt like we were in a home in the heart of Paris.

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful ten days in Delphine's perfect apartment in May / June 2009. Everything was as she and other guests had described. It felt like we were in our own home; Delphine was always available if needed but left us alone otherwise. As noted by others, she makes it very easy to make arrangements for the rental and for the deposit. If other VRBO rentals are only half as easy, comfortable, and delightful, then we know that we will be fans of VRBO for a long time to come. We heartily recommend staying in Ms. Olivier's perfectly located and outfitted flat!

Merci, Delphine for sharing not only your flat but going way beyond expected to make introductions and referrals for us! My husband, sister and brother in law stayed here in Aug 2009 and found the flat to suit our needs perfectly. The use of my American flat-iron (curling iron) was out of the question with the electrical in this older building but, that was the only very minor inconvenience. The place was completely charming, clean, comfy with a great kitchen and again a prime location. Walking distance to so many attractions and convenient to RER and several metro lines a big advantage. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at this property in the summer of 2009 with our two boys (ages 14 & 18). The listing information and photo's are very accurate. It is a superbly located appartment which is very near the Place St. Michel, yet is very quiet as it is located on a side street just off the Seine. The appartment works great for either a family or for two couples as the owner is able to change the beds in the second bedroom to two single beds or leave as one larger bed. The appartment is spacious, the kitchen and dining area are well equiped, and the bathroom and other facilites are updated. We would definitely stay here again. The location is unbeatable, and the owner is very helpful.

The location for us could not be better..Close to Notre Dame, Left Bank, St. Germain, and convenient to mass transit facilities. The apartment was brightly decorated and offered free wi-fi and international phone calls! The bathroom is newly renovated and had a great shower! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location in Paris. What truly makes staying here special is Delphine the owner. She is very english fluent and was a great help with getting around town and shopping!! We will always stay with Delphine in the future!!

Location. Location. Location. This property is ideal for exploring Paris. It is right along the Seine River across from Cite, between St. Michel and Pont Neuf. The apartment was clean and as pictured and very spacious for four people. The bathroom was brand new and wonderful. Dolph was easy to deal with and accommodating. Her son met us at the apartment and gave us all needed instructions. Be prepared to climb the stairs. It was no problem for two middle-aged adults and their two pre-teen children but would not be ideal for the elderly. Be sure to bring paper goods.

We stayed at 2 Rue Seguier March 14-20, 2009 and Delph's apartment was perfect for our family spring break in Paris. The apartment is just as pictured. It was very clean with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for walking to many (if not most) of the popular historical sites as well as the metro/RER station at St. Michel from which we went to Versaille and CDG airport. My wife, and I as well as our 13 and 11 year old children had no problem with the stairs to the 4th (American)Floor. It seemed a lot the first day but we quickly got used to it and didn't even notice it later in the week. The business transaction with the owner was very easy as she is honest and was very accomodating in handling the arrangements and answering questions promptly before our arrival. We did indeed have unlimited free calls to the USA as well as free wireless interet which worked perfectly with our laptop from home. (The owner even supplied us a USA to French plug adaptor) Overall: Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apt in a great location with an individual owner rather than an agency. We would be glad to stay there again.

We can not agree more enthusiastically with the comments of the guests before us. It goes without saying that the location is unbeatable, but more importantly, the apartment allowed us (2 adults, 2 children) to feel a part of the neighborhood, if only for a week—we were steps away from the very busy Place St. Michel, and also a few steps away from neighborhood markets. The apartment’s horse theme delighted our daughter; the living and dining room space allowed us to comfortably work after dinner (unfortunately we had to) while the children played Monopoly Europe (which they loved!); and we lacked for nothing in the kitchen to prepare simple meals. The newly renovated bathroom was a nice treat, as well. Delphine is a delightful host; she was always available, but never intrusive. She shared a few stories with the children about growing up in Paris, and was most understanding about the minor Internet connection woes we were having—she really made us feel more like houseguests than tenants. We hope to return to Paris next year, and will certainly try to stay in this apartment again. Thank you, Delphine!

Our family (two adults and two teens 16 and 18) spent five fabulous days in this incredible and great apartment. This was our 3rd visit to Paris and each time we have stayed in the 6th Arr. which in our opinion is the best district in Paris. The apartment’s owner Delphine is a great host and a true Parisian. This apartment is actually her own home and while it is rented she lives with her family in the apartment upstairs. This provided great comfort for us knowing that the owner was nearby and available for any tips, suggestions, etc. Located on a quiet street the location is absolutely superb. You are steps away from the Seine for wonderful evening walks. The Metro and RER station is but a 2 min. walk which puts Paris at your doorstep. The Louvre and Notre Dame are also but a 5 min. walk. There are many café’s, bistro’s, restaurants and shops virtually steps from the apartment. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen and I mean fully stocked! If you like to cook or eat in, there is a great local supermarket, several wine stores, butcher shop, cheese shop and best of all the Eric Kaiser bakery and patisserie all within a 5 min. walk. The Kaiser bakery opens at 7:00 am and their baguette, pastries and other goodies including pizza and a wide variety of desserts are truly out of this world. We found ourselves there at least three times a day buying bread, croissants, pain au chocolate and other delights to enjoy back at our apartment. A nice feature is that the apartment comes with free internet and telephone anywhere in the world! This was great for our two teens who were able to connect with their friends back home. The true Parisian experience doesn’t get any better than this. We can’t wait to be back.

We just returned from a week in Paris and had a fabulous time. Delphine's apartment was the perfect place to stay. My daughter, who is studying in Paris, joined us and we had a great week together. Every morning I went out and bought croissants from the numerous patisseries nearby. Every evening, when we left for dinner, the first thing was saw was Notre Dame bathed in light. We walked everywhere and were able to make ourselves a cup of tea in the afternoon.Icouldn't imagine a better location in Paris.

We have just returned from a wonderful week spent in Delphine's flat. This was the first trip to Paris for my wife and two kids (19 and 16), and I was anxious to make it as (a) convenient, (b) fun and (c) stress free as possible. We happily report that staying in this historic and beautifully-maintained mansion at 2 rue Seguier helped us achieve our goals on each of these counts. As for convenience, it just could NOT get any better. So many of the major museums, parks and sights are within easy walking distance that we were able to cover many more places and things than we had hoped to. For attractions farther away, there are several metro stops (St. Michel, Odeon, Sorbonne-Cluny, Cite) and an RER train station (on the A line, which goes straight to the Eiffel Tower, D'Orsay, Versailles, etc.) literally down the street. You simply cannot appreciate how convenient the apartment is until you stay here. As for fun, what can you say? You are located in the midst of the Latin Quarter and Place St. Michel to the east and St. Germain des Pres to the west (with Ile de la Cite steps away to the north). My wife and I could easily have spent our entire week exploring the creperies, sidewalk bistros, food stalls, shops and galleries along rue Saint Andres des Artes, rue de Buci, rue de Seine and the many other pedestrian-friendly streets right in the neighborhood. Likewise, our kids had a blast wandering the Latin Quarter, mingling with local students, eating oysters and cockles at Le Bar a Huites, checking out the Lady and Unicorn tapestries and Roman baths at the Musee National du Moyen Age (Cluny) and browsing at the Album shops near the Sorbonne. Finally, Delphine and her family make this a completely stress-free experience. Delphine explained all arrangements in advance via email; the booking and confirmation process was simple and transparent. Once we got to the apartment, Delphine's son Charles, who lives upstairs, was a great resource for any 'how to' questions we had about the apartment, wi-fi access, and the like. And, with so many bakeries, patisseries, charcuteries, and other take-away food shops close by (especially on rue de Buci), we really appreciated having a full kitchen and spacious dining room - both amply stocked - at our disposal (as well as the convenience of the washer/dryer). We have stayed previously at rental properties in Hawaii, Asia, and Florida. Most have met our expectations; others not quite. We would put D

What can we say about Delph's flat in Paris, but LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If you want to feel at home and be in the heart of what I think is the best neighborhood in Paris for travelers, "This is the place for you!" We walked everywhere. The Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, The Pantheon, Palace du Luxembourg, Rive Droite, The Pompidoux,... I could go on and on. And when we came home to Delph's Flat we were still in the heart of it all. Cafes and shopping right at our door step. Not to mention Notre Dame, The Ile de la Cite, The Latin Quarter and best of all the St. Michel Metro stop. We went from our airplane, to the RER Train, to Delph's doorstep in 1 hour. And that included Customs! If you are going to Paris you must stay here, even if it is a little out of your budget. You will get every pennies worth! Thanks Delph for your hospitality! We will be back, and send friends too! Tedd and Paul

This was my first experience with VRBO, having always used agencies in the past and I was somewhat apprehensive about the process. After a couple e-mails with the owner it became clear that this would be an easy and honest transaction, and it was. My query about availability was answered within hours as were all subsequent messages. A few days prior to our arrival the owner sent an e-mail with arrival instructions. The location is extraordinary, and convenient if you are a walker, if you like public transporation or if you prefer taxis. The building is a 5 minute walk from the St. Michel RER stop and for later transportation, the metro stations that blanket the area give you easy access to every part of Paris. There is also a cab stand a short distance away. The building is indeed steps from the Seine, down a quiet side street with a very private and secure entrance. The unit IS up a long flight of stairs but once the luggage is upstairs anyone with normal mobility will have no problems. A short walk from the building is a wonderful street for shopping either if you prefer small bakeries, meat and fruit markets, etc. or if you prefer a supermarket as there is a large one no more than a 10 minute walk away. Arrival was exactly as planned, the owner was available and showed us around as promised. What I especially liked was that we weren't presented with a long complicated list of rules and instructions, instead we were treated like adults. Although the owner said her English wasn't very good it was indeed excellent. The unit is perfect for a vacation week. The living/dining combination is large and could easily hold 8-10 people for a dinner or casual evening. The 2 private bedrooms are also large and contain very comfy beds. The bath is new and completely appointed. We Americans could take normal showers behind the partial glass wall without worrying about getting the entire bathroom wet. The hot water never ran out. The kitchen contained all the normal appliances as well as a variety of spices and basic cooking things available so that we didn't need to buy staples like salt and pepper. There was also a wide variety of pots and pans, knives, mixing bowls, etc. Fully equipped. We found it very easy to prepare breakfasts and a couple of lunches and dinners. We didn't feel like we had to improvise anything, everything we needed was there. The unit is very nicely decorated and we felt like we were in a private home in Paris. Although the unit only has o

We love Paris and have traveled there several times in the last few years to experience the different seasons with our family. Finding this apartment was the most wonderful experience among all the others that we have had. The location is absolutely perfect and convenient to everything worth seeing and doing. We have so enjoyed the apartment that we have stayed there our last two visits and look forward very much to our return. The owner and her family have been more than wonderful in their welcoming of our family and incredibly helpful with our many questions. The space in the apartment and separation of the rooms offer solitude when necessary and comfort during gatherings with friends and family. All appliances are easy to operate and modern which makes for a wonderful mix with the charm and history of the building. The beds are very comfortable and the shower never runs out of hot water...even with teenagers. The full kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal and helped us serve our first Christmas dinner away from home in years. I can't say enough about the apartment and the wonderful family that owns it. Treat yourself the next time you are in Paris and stay at what we have come to feel as our other home in Paris.
