This new, spacious, 1700 square foot, Grayfox Townhome on Hillside has been professionally designed and fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture, bedding, and amenities for your vacation enjoyment. It is equipped with luxury features as found in multi-million dollar custom homes or Five-Star hotels.

LOCATION - LOCATION- LOCATION - across from the Westin Hotel & amenities, only a 3 minute walk to Mammoth Village and the Gondola, Ski Rentals, Ticket Office, Shops, Restaurants, Entertainment, Coffee Shops, and activities... yet in a very private cul-de-sac setting away form the noise and congestion of the Village.

Your own large attached two-car garage includes a separate heated ski and boot room for storing all your skis, snowboards and bulky toys. A private outdoor spa on your deck and a Sharper Image full body massage chair in the living room are perfect for relaxing at the end of a day skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, golf, or just walking around.

There are three large suites and three full baths. Two large King bed Master Suites upstairs with full baths are furnished with luxurious Pillowtop mattresses. A third bedroom is equipped with a Pillowtop Queen and two extra long plush Twin mattresses in a pull-out trundle or overhead bunk. Luxurious 300-400 thread count sheets, down comforters, and quilts are provided like Five-Star hotels.

The leather sectional queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional comfortable sleeping on its auto blowup seven inch mattress and deep pocket bedding. This end-unit townhome will accommodate ten to twelve.

You will enjoy a large 42 inch plasma HDTV and DVD with a complete surround sound system for a wonderful home theater effect. The gourmet granite kitchen is fully equipped with everything the fussiest chef could ask for. All the appliances are stainless steel. The counters in the kitchen and all the baths are slab granite and custom design tile. An outdoor barbecue is easily accessible just off the living room on your second view deck.

This Grayfox townhome is one of only six units and has a southern view exposure and captures the wonderful mountain lighting and warmth of the winter sun. Everything you could possibly ask for is here for a wonderful Sierra vacation experience.

In addition to the large, fluffy bath towels and fitted sheets there are spa quality soaps and shampoos in each full bath, and continental basket with coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, popcorn, and other goodies.

Why the Owner Chose Gray Fox

We have skied and vacationed min Mammoth Lakes for many years. Enjoying the mountains and the beauty of nature in this area had become a family tradition. It was time to purchase a second home get-away.

Beth and Brigit are active real estate agents. Aaron is a general contractor. Paul works in advertising and marketing. Our family of 10 is very active and particularly enjoys the great outdoors. WE have vacationed together since the kids were little and contiue to enjoy vacationing with our expaneded family now that includes our 4 gradchildren.

    • We stayed at this house and actually rented the adjoining unit as well. It was wonderful! Close to everything, within walking distance to the Village which had fun shops and restaurants. The house was well decorated, bathrooms for everyone and tvs in every room! A plus for my husband :). Everyone in Mammoth was incredibly nice and the views were spectacular!

    • My Family totally enjoyed in this beautiful townhome during our Wedding weekend in June. Great location near village that conveniently provided everything needed for our short stay. The entire house was fresh, clean and tastefully furnished/decorated. Neat kitchen that was organized and well equipped. Family room space and private spa added to the comfortable and relaxing experience. I would make this unit my "first choice" for future Mammoth visits anytime of year.

    • we really liked this place. Ive stayed all over Mammoth since the mid 60's. This unit was really pleasant for a number of reasons. A 5 minute or less walk to the Gondola in the morning makes it perfect. The car just sat there all weekend. The tub was warm...the unit was warm and the style was classy. It was clean, smelled great, and almost everything worked. It was a nice place for the price.

    • This townhouse was the perfect place for us. It has an ideal location within walking distance to The Village and Gondola which is really nice when you have 4 kids with you. It was really clean and decorated very nice. Everyone slept really well in comfortable beds after long days of skiing. We can't wait to come back!

    • We spent 3 nights here in July, 2008 and had a fabulous time. The location was perfect; close enough to town, yet far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. The photos do not do the place justice as it is very cozy and has a wonderful homey feel. It was impeccably maintained and the quality of workmanship from the kitchen cabinetry to the tile and masonry work was all first class. The kitchen / dining room / living room is all open which is wonderful for a family or group of friends and yet the 3BR / 3 bath setup allows for privacy when its time to end the day. Definitely a place to return to.

We had snow, snow, and more snow - its good to have a shovel handy. Loved looking up the montain every day to check the snow conditions. We'll be back again!
