Okay folks....this is not a typical condominium. There is only a handful of units at Seawind called "pie-shaped" units - and this is one of them. It has almost 300 square feet more than the other units. No more "drawing straws" to see who gets the bedroom with the view! Everybody gets it! THE DEN & BOTH THE BEDROOMS open onto the balcony over-looking the ocean.
This is a comfortable, plush, two bedroom, two bath, beachfront/oceanfront unit. The living room has comfortable, over-stuffed chairs and queen-sized sleeper sofa and has spectacular views of the Gulf. The study, with its twin bed, is the perfect private spot for reading or napping. Unit sleeps seven guests.
Relax in the den while watching DirecTV on the 32 inch wall-mounted flat screen HDTV with VCR/DVD. We've provided movies, games, cards, etc. for your entertainment!
Sink into the King Size Serta Perfect mattress in the master bedroom featuring luxurious bedding (high thread-count sheets) while watching the television or listening to music on the DVD/CD combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed with Serta Perfect mattress, luxurious bedding (high thread-count sheets) and a television, DVD/CD combo. Wireless DSL internet service is provided at no charge for your convenience.
This unit has a huge laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The side-by-side refrigerator has a water filter system with ice and water in the door. All appliances are stainless steel. Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and rich cherry-stained cabinets. Crown moulding, ceramic tile, and carpeted floors can be found throughout as well as custom draperies.
Swim with a view any time of the year in our heated indoor/outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub, enjoy our state-of-the-art fitness center and media room, or just step out the door and soak up the sun. This condo was great! Gorgeous view, oversized balcony! My husband and I stayed with my parents, and it was so great that we both had rooms with a balcony facing the ocean! The condo's kitchen is very well stocked, and all the furniture is very nice and comfy! We loved the location and had a great trip! Thanks again!

This condo was so beautiful and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms with ocean views and a huge balcony. I would recommend this condo highly and I plan to try to book this condo in the future. Also Susan was so great to work with on getting this booked and answering any questions that I had. You will not be disappointed. Best vacation condo that I have ever rented.

Our annual "Girls Trip" was fabulous. The time at the beach and relaxing in the condo was just what we working girls needed!!! The Stricklers' have decorated the condo so that it is most comfortable; almost like being at home, but the view is just AWESOME. We were supplied with those little extras that we needed to make our stay very, very enjoyable. We will be back . . . . thank you so very much! :-)

I took my family to the beach and rented this condo. It was absolutely wonderful! The wrap-around terrace offers an awesome view of the beach and ocean in both directions and the condo was furnished beautifully. Everyone had a view of the ocean from their bedroom since all rooms open on to the terrace. We loved every minute of it. It is conveniently located also. It doesn't get any better than this!! We'll be BACK!

My husband, 2 children, in-laws, and I just stayed a week at this wonderful property. I loved the location and it's convenience to restaurants and activities. It was very comfortable, and we didn't have to get frustrated over who got the bedroom with a balcony and beach view...both couples got it. The kids had their own little bonus room, which they loved! I especially liked not having to worry about fitting in our own pack n play and high chair. What a great convenience for families. Beach access was as close as I have ever had in my many trips to the beach. The fitness center, pools, and hot tub were enjoyed frequently by our family daily and very well kept. We will definitely be requesting this location again.

We could not have asked for a better person to rent from for our vacation. The balcony is huge and our kids loved the spray park! Our family had a wonderful time while visiting Gulf Shores.

We really enjoyed our stay in the "Pie in the Sky". The balcony was awesome and we spent more time on it than in the condo! The beach was gorgeous and the weather was spectacular.
