We rented this house for 2 weeks last July. It was spacious, spotless and the bathrooms were just renovated. It is situated in a great location (the Paradisus Resort area). We hit Luquillo Beach as soon as we unpacked (minutes away), and the pool the following day. The second floor has a balcony were El Yunque can be seen, and where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Restaurants and stores were nearby. We felt safe and comfortable in this house. No doubt-we'll be renting this property again.

I stayed at this property for the Thanksgiving Holiday. My children and I had a lovely stay in this beautiful Coco Beach location. They have a basketball court where my sons made friends and a swimming pool that my daughters liked very mch! We were surrounded by the lush green mountains. Right next door to this gated community is the luxurious Paradisus Hotel. We were very close to Luquillo Beach and minutes away from El Yunke. The fishing town of Fajardo is not far away and we went to San Juan everyday. The house is beautifully decorated and I loved to hear the coqui frogs at night. I felt like we were in our own home. I am going back this summer and I recommend this property for it's beauty and family feeling.

My husband daughter and i along with two friends of ours stayed at this property. We had the master bedroom which was very nice and airconditioned, my daughter had the single bed in a big room.. and the other couple had a room of their own with a bathroom across the hall. Great place to stay because it is gates, quiet, and if you want to not do anything.. you can just veg out. There is a lovely inground pool, tennis and basket ball courts, and a playground for kids. All free .. this home is in a great loacation because you can go to El Yunque, Luquillo Beach and San Juan and Farjado easily. You also are withing mintues from Rio Mar casino and resort were we ate at and gambled and Paradisus Resort and casino. We also ate at some fun places Antijoitis good cheap food, Steak House in Rio Mar about 100 dollars for 4 and the Farjado Inn awesome eats... was a pleasure to stay here and we cant wait to go again to PR and stay at this property............
