Brand new beachfront/oceanfront condominium! This is a beautifully decorated, plush, two bedroom, two bath unit. It has two spacious bedrooms with pillow-soft Serta Comfort Mattresses and luxurious bedding. The master bedroom opens out onto the balcony over looking the beautiful white sand beach and ocean. Huge walk-in closet and master bath. The second bedroom has a bathroom entrance from the bedroom.

This bathroom also has an entrance off the hallway. The living room with comfortable, over-stuffed chairs and queen-size sleeper sofa also opens out onto the balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf. Get away from it all in the study with its full-size sleeper sofa. Unit sleeps eight guests.

Relax in the den while watching DirecTV on the 32 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV with VCR/DVD. The master bedroom features a king bed, high thread-count sheets, and television, DVD/CD combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed, high thread-count sheets, and television, DVD/CD combo. DSL internet service is provided for your convenience.

This unit has a spacious laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The side-by-side refrigerator has a water filter system with ice and water in the door. All appliances are stainless steel. Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and rich cherry-stained cabinets. Crown moulding, ceramic tile and carpeted floors can be found throughout as well as custom draperies.

Swim with a view any time of the year in our indoor/outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub, enjoy our state-of-the-art fitness center and media room, or just step out the door and soak up the sun. We also have an interactive, zero-entry pool with play fountains for endless summer fun!

Located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores approximately 1/4 mile east of Highway 59 directly across from Waffle House. We are only three miles from the Jack Edwards Airport (Gulf Shores Airport). Walk to restaurants and shopping.

    • This was our first time to the Alabama Gulf shore. We booked this condo over the internet but we were not disappointed. The condo is tastefully decorated, it is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. The view from the 8th floor was beautiful. Easy access to the beach, pools, etc. We would highly recommend this condo.

    • Seawind #805. Very Nice! Clean, close to everything, Sea&Suds is always a plus to be by! Condo was perfect, everything you could need to have an enjoyable stay. There were about 8 Dolphins playing just off the beach. View was great, and the sound of the Ocean was very calming while sleeping with patio doors open. Dealing with Owner was very easy and communications were great. Owner checked with us by email several times with information. Beds and Furniture were very comfortable. Have no fears when thinking of staying in this Unit.
