Why the Owner Chose St. Petersburg
The house belonged to a friend who created each detail with care and usually by hand. For example, there are columns with parrots on them - these were first carved out in wood and latter poured concrete created these amazing columns that surround the courtyard. The tile wall outside was designed by an artist friend of the owner at the time. The kitchen has a wall/window in order to view the outside world while in this space. Each room has a view and the details go on and on. These details create great harmony into this comfortable home. The home is 5 minutes away fro Albert Whitted Airport - 5 minutes to downtown (galleries, shopping, museums, bars and restaurants...) - 10 minutes to Tropican Field - 1 block walk to small beach and waterfront park.

This home is not only located near downtown St. Pete but you can take a daily walk on the beach from park.
