This private apartment block is situated just off Oxford Street, in Soho Square, one of London’s oldest and most attractive garden squares in the heart of Theatreland.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds. You can also find extremely good cupboard and wardrobe space.

From Monday to Friday between 11.00am and 1.00pm, there are part time reception facilities in this apartment block to leave your bags ( by appointment) There is also an entry phone system and a direct dial telephone.

The living and dining rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They are completed with modern furnishings and have views over the garden square. A colour TV is available in the living room.

The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, a fridge, a dishwasher, a cooker and a microwave.
In the large Italian style bathroom you will find a bath and a shower, a wash hand basin/vanity unit, a W.C. and a bidet.

Its location is ideal for shopping and entertainment, and there is a wide variety of theatres, restaurants, cafes and shops all within easy walking distance. The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, |Bond Street, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden are all within walking distance. All the apartments have views over the garden square.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE:
Please note that whilst official check in is 1pm, we will try to let you check in before 13:00 should you arrive on an early flight. However, i this depends on whether previous guests are leaving that day so a same day changeover. We always do our best to ensure guests have a stress free check in and as little delay as possible. Once we have your full flight/Arrival information, then we will be able to confirm check in arrangements.

Check in times vary between 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and only when we have your full flight/arrival information can we make check in arrangements. Outside of these hours or weekends, we will need to book our taxi service with key delivery.



OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS Guests arriving outside normal office hours and weekends should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided to the driver in advance, when our office is closed and the driver will ensure youi get into the apartment. The reduced rateTaxi service costs can be provided, depending on the arrival airport and how many people in the party

The taxi is totally NON profit making by us. We organize it for the comfort and security of guests arriving off a long flight and getting into central London. They are met inside the arrivals hall at the airport, helped to the cab and taken directly to the flat. We give the driver the key so there is no waiting around. We use a Licensed London taxi driver in the official London black cab (not necessarily actually black in colour) he is vetted and bonded by Metropolitan Police and is fully insured. The guests do not have to worry about finding the correct address and flat, wandering around the street with heavy luggage and they go straight in – no delays. The driver we use is very experienced, all our guests love him and ask him to take them back too because of the comfort and pleasant way to travel they experienced on arrival. However the return journey is totally up to the individual guests

If guests are not arriving by air but by car or train, whether it be internal or Eurostar, outside normal hours, we will arrange a personal out of hours meet and greet which is at a rate of £60 during the week ( Mon - Fri) until 17:00. Please discuss this with us when making your reservation. We will always try to help where we can.

Eurostar and other train arrivals: Please make sure that the train is scheduled to arrive at the London station terminus they arrive at before 1.30pm latest. This will give you the time to exit the station – this can be very slow – and there can be queues for taxis. Our aim is to ensure guests arrive stress free.

IMPORTANT:
Sadly, occasionally guests do not give the correct information as to who and how many people will be staying in the apartment. In the UK there are strict regulations in respect of maximum occupancy levels. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the names of everyone in your group, and where there are children, please provide their ages. We reserve the right to refuse check in if the number of guests arriving exceeds the number booked.

Quiet & Spacious SoHo Flat
Great location and easy access to Oxford Street and SoHo tube, pubs, retail and restaurants. Lots of space and laundry was a plus.

Fantastic location
We were able to walk to nearly all the sights we wanted to see. A Tesco grocery and lots of shops, restaurants, and the tube were very close. The apartment was comfortable and met our needs. The only drawback was arriving on a weekend. Getting to the apartment from Heathrow on the tube is easy but weekend check in involves a mandatory cab ride costing nearly 100 pounds and an unsafe ride due to driver.

Location, Location, Location!
This flat is phenomenally located in Soho Square which makes it central to just about everything! We walked everywhere and took the bus or underground when needed. The place was clean and comfortable, but make sure you put toilet paper on your list for the grocery store because there was only one roll. The Wi-Fi is pretty much non-existent, so we brought a portable Wi-Fi. Luckily, we were out and about during our week stay that it was hardly needed.

My family and I stayed at this location for approx 10 days. The pictures and descriptions were accurate from the listing. The biggest plus was the location. Soho Square is a great location. Yes, there was a little activity/noise in the evenings but that's to be expected in that location. It was great being able to walk to the Tesco and pick up food. We ate in for breakfast every morning and cooked dinner a couple of times during our stay. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. We enjoyed sitting in the living room in the evenings, having a good view to the park, resting and relaxing before our next day's full agenda. The living room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend taking advantage of the car/taxi service that is available with the rental. Our driver was very professional and courteous. Nice arrangement and set up b/c he had our keys and we were able to immediately drop our luggage and go out for the day. The washer dryer was a big plus since we only brought a few clothes. I highly recommend this property and we would rent again!!

Forget the design - enjoy the excellent location
Having lived in London some 30 years ago and back then working on the Strand, I found the location better than anything I could have wished for Apartment itself is roomy for a family of 4 Kitchen well equipped Bedrooms quiet as towards the back Hot water works well, heating works well Cleanliness was ok-ish, The Lady caretaker of the building was very helpful, friendly and joyful - she changed the not working TV without a hitch But again the best of this apartment is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
