This lovely villa is available for short or long term rental. Newly built in 2006, it is furnished to the highest standard, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has it's own ensuite and Patio doors out onto the pool area.
The private pool, which is heated on request, is enclosed with the lanai in an extended cage, to take full advantage of the late afternoon sun. The cage area is well furnished for your outdoor relaxation. There are four televisions in the property, each receiving cable TV.Gas barbeque and for golfers the use of a set of clubs.
Spring Hill is situated on the beautiful Gulf Coast in Hernando County. Local attractions include Wicki Wachee Springs Theme Park 5 minutes away, and Pine Island Beach 10 minutes away, is our local beach with children's play area, volley ball area, café and facilities. This is a beautiful place to spend the day and watch the sun set.
Also Tarpon Springs, famous for sponges and Greek Food, Crystal River and Homasassa Springs, are all within easy reach. For golfers, this is a paradise, with top quality golf courses such as World Woods, The Dunes, Sherman Hills and many more, right on your doorstep.
For children and the young at heart, Orlando and all it's attractions are just 70 miles away. The lovely Busch Gardens is 35 miles. The beautiful beach of Clearwater is 40 miles away.
This is the ideal home to relax and unwind, whilst still having all the benefits and attractions that Florida has to offer.

We stayed in this beautiful home Spring of 2007. It was so comfortable and close to everything. We visited several beaches including Tarpon Springs. Shopping and dining out was easy, everything you need close to "home". We enjoyed our vacation so much we didn't want to leave. We would love to have the oppourtunity to visit again.

Although the weather didn't work out for us, the house was perfect. We needed something at a resonable price that would accept our two little dogs. The pictures do not justify the wonders of this home. My family really enjoyed lazing in the pool in the evening time(only time weather would allow) right before bed. Plenty of space for the kids and mother in law. Would highly recommend this house if going to the Tampa area (only about a 45 minute drive), and you can swim with the manatees about 20 miles away. You can't beat the price of this home.

We've spent the past two Januarys in this home and couldn't ask for a better place to escape the Ohio winters. The home is spacious, lovely, and extremely comfortable. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth every penny. The water rarely dipped below 85 degrees and we were able to swim nearly every day. The neighborhood is quiet and the lot is very private. The photos in the listing very accurately depict this immaculate home. Any correspondence with John & Lynn, the owners, was prompt and very friendly -- super people to deal with. Spring Hill is a really nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurants very close to the house. Avoid Ercolano's Restaurant unless you enjoy eating roaches. Try Guido's Pizza Cafe for delicious pizza. If you enjoy Latin/Caribbean food, visit Little Havana in Brooksville or Copacabana in Spring Hill. Be sure to drive down to Tarpon Springs to walk along the sponge docks and eat Greek food. Don't leave without visiting Hella's Bakery! We feel comfortable recommending this home to anyone and we will definitely be returning next year!

It's a spacious, recent and well equipped house, we absolutely felt like home away from home. We loved the pool, it's quite big and also the security fence around it was very useful as we travelled with a toddler. This house offers everything you'd need, the kitchen is very well equipped, there's a laundry machine and a dryer, Brighthouse TV, a very spacious shower, free internet access etc etc. About the situation: It's close to Commercial Drive, that's where one can find all kind of stores like Wal Mart, Target, Best Buy, JC Penney and many more. There are also several fast food restaurants along this street and Buffet restaurants. We enjoyed our vacation even though we didn't have much luck with the weather but we're thinking about spending our future vacation in this home again. John and Lynn were very helpful if there was a complaint, it was solved super quick!

This house is beautiful inside and out. The lanai and pool is a definite plus! We only spent 3 days outside of the house; visiting Clearwater Beach, Chassahowitska National Wildlife Refuge, and Homosassa Springs State Park. The town of Spring Hill is a very nice town, it has everything you need and is also a quiet town in which one can feel safe. I look forward to renting this house again in the future.

This home was very spacious. Pictures they used to describe home is exactly as shown. Our family loved swimming in the pool after a long day at the beaches and shopping. The home is not too far from Clearwater (Honeymoon Beach- so far the best beach to find nice sea shells). Wal-Mart and other grocery shopping stores just 6miles down the road. The home is well equiped from the kitchen to the rest of the house. The Disney theme parks are about a hour and a half from the home. There is a family water park less than 5 miles from home-Weeki Wachee Park. Pine Island- A must see in evening to watch a sunset(8miles from home). Very clean and well maintained home. Our family has made this our 2nd home while we visit Florida. The owners are very kind and respond to whatever you need. And we will be back to stay in their home every year from here on out. We have recommended their home to our family and friends. Thank you so much John and Lynn for opening your home to us... See you next summer, Shawn, Janeen, Ashley, Nicole and Petey

We stayed in this home for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The home was clean and well-maintained. It was comfortable and stocked with all necessary kitchen items, linens, towels, as well as extras such as books, videos, hangers in the closets, etc. The description and photos on the web were accurate. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool was able to be heated and had a solar cover. There were comfortable lounge chairs and a large table and chairs on the lanai which also had ceiling fans. There was a booklet provided by the management group with helpful suggestions and information as to trash pickup, phone numbers, how to operate the heating/air conditioning system, etc. The house is also close to the main roads where there are wonderful restaurants and a lot of shopping. We would recommend this home for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation.

Wir haben im Sommer drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos, eigentlich noch besser! Am zweiten Tag waren wir schon "heimisch". Alles war komfortabel und bedienungsfreundlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Korrespondenz immer schnell. Die Abwicklung der Bezahlung und die Einweisung war problemlos und einfach. Das Haus steht inmitten anderer Häuser amerikanischer Bürger. Ganz ruhige Nachbarschaft, der Poolbereich mit Garten ist nur von einer Seite einsehbar. Trotzdem ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen: Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Restaurants, Strände und Autobahnen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen!
