BRAND NEW UNIT - TWO-BEDROOM/TWO- BATH PLUS SLEEPER SOFA
The Lighthouse is located directly on the Gulf in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Lighthouse is convenient to restaurants, shopping (from boutiques to Wal-Mart) and entertainment, and is within walking distance of several restaurants and activities. The Lighthouse features two outdoor pools (one is zero entry), one indoor pool, two hot tubs and a fitness center.

This unit is on the seventh floor, first unit outside of elevator lobby, so convenient to elevators and covered or outdoor parking. There are breathtaking views of the Gulf and beach from both the living area and the master bedroom. This is not your typical beach rental. The unit is beautifully decorated and has 9-foot ceilings and ceramic tile flooring (carpet in bedrooms only). There is Direct TV and DVD player in each room. There is a computer with wireless internet service. The unit has two telephones for local calls.

The comfortable living area features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf, with balcony access for great beach views. This area has a microsuede queen sleeper sofa, recliner, and other comfortable chairs, as well as Direct TV and VCR/DVD player.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and floor to ceiling windows with sliding door access to balcony overlooking the pools and the Gulf. The master bath has a large walk-in closet, double vanity, granite countertops, large jetted tub and separate shower.

The guest bedroom has twin beds, door chest, DirectTV with DVD player and direct access to second bath.

The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, all major and portable appliances, including mixer, toaster, blender and coffeemaker. Dinnerware, cookware and all utensils are available. There is plenty of cabinet space, as well as a pantry for extra storage.

The dining table seats four, and there is barstool seating for three at the kitchen counter.

There is a large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and plenty of storage for floats, flip-flops, etc. An ironing board, iron and vacuum are also available.

The balcony has a nice table with four chairs and an electric grill. There is plenty of room to enjoy the view of the Gulf, the beautiful pools and the sunrises/sunsets.

  • What a great place to spend our vacation, we satyed the week of the 4th of July it was a happening place to be there were alot of things to do and fun to be had by all. The cond is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the ocean. the condo has everything you would want and more the view is wounderful I would have breakfst out on the balconey and set and listen and watch the ocean roll in it was great. we will go back and enjoy, we wanted top say thank you and see you later

  • I recently stayed in this unit at The Lighthouse. I must say we were very satisfied with the accomodations. The furnishings were nice and new, and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
