Welcome. We know you'll love our charming home located just 40 minutes south of Tucson and 20 minutes north of the Mexico border. We've furnished the home with colorful, upscale contemporary décor. There are tile floors throughout, and the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, a soaking tub and separate shower.

The bedrooms have new Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattresses, 400 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury linens and towels. A small office area offers high-speed wireless internet access. The home is approximately 1950 square feet.

3600 feet in elevation creates one of the country's most ideal climates. With over 320 days a year of sunshine, winter daytime temperatures are in the mid 50s-60s; spring and fall, 70-80s; and summers, in the low 90s.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood of custom homes on half- to two-acre lots, you'll enjoy privacy and the panoramic views of three mountain ranges from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and private patios. With two world-famous observatories, the entire Santa Cruz valley area has been designated as a low light pollution area. The stars and milky way are truly awe-inspiring.

You're just five minutes from the Robert Trent Jones golf course at the Rio Rico Country Club. There are 10 other courses within a 30-minute or less drive. The valley is a renowned bird watching area with Madera Canyon hosting over 285 species. Also close by are two lakes for fishing and boating. A short day trip brings you to the Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone, Bisbee, Arizona wine country and hundreds of other attractions.

Just 10 minutes north is the artist colony of Tubac. Known as the town "where art and history meet." Tubac has over 90 galleries, shops and fine restaurants. Once relatively undiscovered, this part of southern Arizona is fast becoming a hot spot destination.
