Two four-story/4000 sf. duplexes directly on the Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly resort and only 5 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe and casino area. Lots of new upgrades as of 2011!! Home is rented out as 7 bed/4 bath or 14 bed/8 bath. The description here is just one side and pricing below is for only a 7 bed/4 bath combination. Each SIDE is 7 bedrooms/4 baths/+ loft. Please inquire if you need the 14 bedroom/8 bath combination.
The home is equipped with wireless internet throughout. The first floor is a 4-car garage and washer/dryer; second floor is three-bedroom, two-bath, game room with pool table and private hot tub; brand new Sony iPod dockable stereo with speakers; third & fourth floors is a four-bedroom + loft, two-bath, kitchen with 2nd private patio and gas bbq. The dining area seats 4 at the bar area, glass table sits 3, wooden dining table seats 6 and there is a foldable table and chairs that can be set up in the game room for additional seating for 8. There is a community pool and hot tub at the HOA clubhouse - the pool is closed during the winter but the hot tub is open; pool & hot tub are open all summer long.
The unit is also just a minute drive or shuttle to the Boulder Lodge also at Heavenly Ski Area. Free daily shuttles are available between unit and South Lake Tahoe & Casinos all day long during the winters; summers are hourly until around 4 a.m. The shuttles will drop you right at the front door of the condo!

Additional Area Information:
Reno/Tahoe International airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours from the condo. If you don't wish to drive, there is South Tahoe Express which offers bus service from the airport directly to downtown South Lake Tahoe where you can catch a cab up to the condo. There are also vans, limousines and private shuttles that will provide direct access to the unit. If you go to the Reno/Lake Tahoe International Airport website and to the transportation link, you can locate a mode that suits your needs.
Tramway Market, a small grocery store just down the hill from the condo, is open until 11 p.m. most nights for those forgotten items or you can call Raleys or Safeway delivery service to have items delivered directly to your front door! Aside from Stagecoach Lodge, there is also a great sports bar & pub down the street, Fox and Hound, which serves excellent breakfasts and dinners, great beer on tap and several big screen t.v.'s for your sports entertainment and AWESOME PIZZA!!
Ski/Snowboarding equipment rental is at Stagecoach Lodge across the street or there are also several places in South Lake Tahoe & Reno which offer equipment from beginner to expert and equipment can be delivered to the condo - please inquire with owner. Lessons can be taken at Boulder Lodge and Heavenly Transportation will gladly drive you over to Boulder Lodge to take group or private lessons.
Great hiking, biking, and camping in the summers and spectacular skiing in the winters. Edgewood Golf Course is 5 minutes away. Several major hiking trails are directly across the street including the well known Rim Trail and is accessible during the summer months. Gardnerville, Carson City, and Minden are about 20 minutes. The units are quiet and secluded at night. Ideal for vacationers and honeymooners, too!

We stayed at this property July of 2011. The property met and exceeded all of our expectations. We had a large family reunion spanning a few generations of family members and we were all able to stay in the same home, enjoy the beautiful mountain air, drive over to the swimming pool and relax in the sun, go hiking and mountain biking whenever we wanted...it was just a fantastic experience. We are very grateful to the owner and their staff for taking such good care of us and allowing us the opportunity to rent their home. We have already recommended the home to our other friends who are skiing enthusiasts as I'm sure they would love the prime location in the winter being a ski in/out right out the front door. Thanks again.

Karen, We were just five older skiers looking for a week of fun on the slopes and found you and the house at 460 Quaking Aspen Lane. You might call us jaded for we have skied all over, but this place was over the top. We could relax and enjoy the amenities of the house, of which there are more than you can count, cook in or dine in town, or ski anytime and quit when we want. Even the other ski-in ski-out arrangements we've had didn't really measure up. The other outstanding thing about our visit was dealing with you. You made it seamless and solved all the problems with dispatch. Thank you
