The condominium is south facing and gets tons of sunlight with views of the mountains from the living room and balcony. Over 1000 square feet with new carpet, travertine tile in the bathrooms, and hardwood floors in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and steam shower in its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom and its own TV. There is also a private garage and washer/dryer in the building. The condo is walking distance to great shops and restaurants. It is just a three-minute drive to Winter Park/Mary Jane or you can take a shuttle that stops in front of the complex.
