Beautiful, updated, fully-furnished condominium in building with only three other units. The condominium is south facing and gets tons of sunlight with views of the mountains from the living room and balcony. Over 1000 square feet with new carpet, travertine tile in the bathrooms, and hardwood floors in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and steam shower in its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom and its own TV. There is also a private garage and washer/dryer in the building.

The condo is walking distance to great shops and restaurants. It is just a three-minute drive to Winter Park/Mary Jane or you can take a shuttle that stops in front of the complex.

  • Your place was the prefect weekend retreat. We usually Drive back to Denver after skiing on the weekend. It was great to avoid the I70 traffic and spend the night. The condo is perfect - it's cozy and is close to both the mountain and to town.
