Beautiful, updated, fully-furnished condominium in building with only three other units. The condominium is south facing and gets tons of sunlight with views of the mountains from the living room and balcony. Over 1000 square feet with new carpet, travertine tile in the bathrooms, and hardwood floors in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and steam shower in its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom and its own TV. There is also a private garage and washer/dryer in the building.
The condo is walking distance to great shops and restaurants. It is just a three-minute drive to Winter Park/Mary Jane or you can take a shuttle that stops in front of the complex.

I stayed in this great, cozy condo for the month of July. The condo offered everything I needed to enjoy my stay - the kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the television and wi-fi services excellent. It was close to everything Winter Park and the Fraser Valley have to offer, and yet high enough up the mountain to enjoy beautiful views, including amazing rainbows nearly every afternoon. The owners provided a notebook filled with excellent restaurant recommendations and fliers for lots of local activities. This was a great base from which to explore the many fantastic hiking and biking trails in Grand County. And there are many easy day trips by car - to Trailridge, Grand Lake, Breckenridge and Mount Evans, for example. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for 3 nights when we went snowboarding at Winter Park and had a great time. Very convenient shuttle pick up to the mountain right outside. Very cozy condo too.

we love going up to the condo.always clean and cozy, perfect for a weekend retreat with the spouse, or family getaway with the kids. walking distance to town is a big plus! always a great time! we are repeat visitors who will be back again and again!

We loved our Spring Break week in this condo, plenty of room for the four of us. Loved the view, the fireplace, steam shower and garage parking was nice. Very convenient to the ski resort and shuttle bus service was great.

Your place was the prefect weekend retreat. We usually Drive back to Denver after skiing on the weekend. It was great to avoid the I70 traffic and spend the night. The condo is perfect - it's cozy and is close to both the mountain and to town.
