Rotonda West is a prime residential and vacation area of the Gulf Coast. Situated among numerous golf courses, tennis courts, waterways, nature reserves, and miles of Florida's best beaches and islands, Rotonda is a beautiful, pristine, and tranquil area.

Rotonda is an easy access from the major airports of Sarasota (45 minutes) and Fort Meyers (60 minutes). It is close to these major cities: Venice (20 minutes), Port Charlotte (15 minutes), and Tampa (one and a half hours). It is just minutes to supermarkets (open 24 hours), shopping malls, restaurants, fishing, and boating.

Our three bedroom, two bath, tiled-roof home is situated in the Heart of Rotonda West. The cathedral ceiling living room and dining room overlooks a backyard of mature fruit-bearing citrus trees, flowering shrubs, and an 18 hole golf course just beyond.

The kitchen is open, bright, and cheerie and well equipped with lots of storage and counter-space. Enjoy your early morning coffee on the screened lanai and watch the many birds - blue herons, white cranes, cardinals, that frequent our yard.

The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own bath with an over-size shower. All the rooms are carpeted and tastefully decorated. There are double beds in the other two bedrooms. The house is completely furnished with linens, towels, beach chairs, and even two bikes. There is a one car garage and separate laundry room.

One of the best perks is a "guest" membership pass to an Englewood Private Beach Club which includes picnic tables under shady Australian pines, private facilities, and a gated parking lot. The beach is quiet, clean, and perfect for "sun-worshipers". It's great for shelling; and if you look close - lots of sharks' teeth. You can be lulled by the gentle waves or hypnotized by the sparkling sunlight dancing off the crests. Pelicans diving to catch fish are an everyday event and occasionally you'll see Florida's delightful Manatees or Dolphins swimming along just off the beach. And Last but not Least - The Sparkling Gulf beaches of the West Florida Coast boasts the MOST SPECTACULAR SUNSETS ever.

So think about a winter of warm sunny days and pleasant perfect nights in our Florida home in Rotonda. We are looking for couples or families that want to live for at least three to six months here.

Spring and Fall are also excellent times to discover Florida's Gulf Coast. We are only about 3 hours to Orlando and Disneyworld Parks.

We know you will enjoy our vacation home and this lovely area of Florida.
